But Mountain Electric is…read morea bunch of monopolozing crooks who raise electric rates in a place where wages stay the same, customer service is rude as can be, they always make it seem like its the consumer's fault for just reporting outages, and its only getting worse. As I said a moment ago, wages in the area they operate in roughly stay the same, no pay increases, barely anywhere to make even 15 dollars a hour, and where jobs in general are scarce. Our region gets hot a humid in the summer, increasing risk to heatstroke immensely, and completely flips script when winter comes, hence meaning the chances for hypothermia is also increased. If you dont have a chimney in your home you're doomed to freeze or kill your wallet over and over just to barely slide by. I myself am one of these people who empty my wallet and my savings time and time and time again just to barely stay in the green with these monsters. They truly need to be put in check, so thats why I leave this review here

Prompt call back and even though he could not come for a couple days, kept me informed and came when he said he would. He kept to his quote and did such a fantastic job!
