Even though they take their time that doesn't mean they are slow. Pretty quick and pretty positive crew. I had 7 different guys over a 2 day move. I think these guys are all friends and work well together. Experts to select to move on or off West Point. My friend recommended them and I'm recommending them. Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

Everything is "can do" including very last minute packing help. Two huge trucks and 6 guys over 3 days. They then brought our stuff up to Catskill and loaded it into our house, and this was not an easy move, yet they remained cheerful and upbeat, even taking a bunch of heavy things up to the attic. They even provided a location view for myself and my friends in New Hampshire where the pieces were going. (Move was from Hudson Valley to NH). One of the pieces being moved was a vintage 1850s Armoire and it was heavier than i remembered, and the team did an incredible job taking care of it. It was in a basement with a low ceiling that led out to a grassy path before reaching a driveway, so while not far per se, it was a difficult journey and I am grateful they took such good care of it. I highly, highly recommend Shamrock & Michael M. and will be working with them again in the future.

Took 11 hours to do a move that should have been 5 (the new house is literally 5 minutes away), insisted on 2 movers even though we requested 3 and then charged us for overtime. Damaged a mint condition vintage chair, and the worst of it all: "built" all 3 beds incorrectly and dangerously and HID PIECES (like literally the center support beam) under moving bags. I had to switch the mattresses after they left because they put them in the wrong spot and discovered all beds were barely hanging together by a few loose screws - had we slept on them as is, the beds could have easily collapsed while we were sleeping. Had to buy new parts and rebuild all 3 beds myself. They also "ran out of time" to put our boxes away in the right places, so even though it took ELEVEN HOURS for this move and we paid extra for each staircase, we still had to move all of our boxes up multiple levels into the proper rooms ourselves. Mike acknowledged how horrible the move was and promised compensation/refund, but then completely ghosted us. Pretty despicable for a young father and someone who clearly prided himself on being "a standup guy" (he mentioned it about 3 times that day). He's honestly lucky we don't sue this company... maybe we should if he still refuses to get back to us. Mike, just do the right thing and refund us, man.
