He came highly referred by a trusted friend and local home improvement business owner, and he absolutely delivered. James and his team built our stunning new pool complete with a raised spa, waterfall feature, and modern fire pit... all executed perfectly according to my wife's detailed design vision that they discussed at our table. She described it, he rendered a 3d image, and when we agreed, he made it come to life with precision. The finished backyard oasis is beautiful, with clean lines, high-quality materials, and thoughtful details that make it feel like a resort right at home. Everything looks and functions flawlessly. What stood out most was the reasonable pricing for such custom, high-end work... no inflated costs or surprise fees. James was straightforward from the start, and the value is outstanding compared to other quotes we considered. And believe me, I met with everyone in this town. That said, if you're going for true custom craftsmanship like this, patience is key. The project took time as they got every detail right, there will be days where unexpected things happen, and there will be bumps in the road... but the wait was 100% worth it for the exceptional results we got. Thanks, James and Pool Tek, for transforming our backyard... we couldn't be happier.

He did ask me about my problems I was having with my filter though. I had put it together myself and wasn't actually sure I'd done it correctly. He offered to come by after work and take a look at it for free! Who even does that? Well, Scott does! He showed up and checked my connections and gave me some really useful information about the pump, chemicals, upkeep and future placement of the pool for next year! And he gave me some extra stuff to help me seal the drips I had because he had switched to a new brand for his own work! If I could hire him to do my pool, I would do it in a heart beat! Scott really cares about customers and doing the right thing regardless of what he might get out of it in the future! I highly recommend Scott if you want to be able to learn about your pool and get support for your backyard adventures! :)

I hate to rate 1 star ratings, but my experience with Daniel has been extremely negative. Daniel doesn't come regularly like Scott did, matter fact when our pool was serviced by Scott he maintained our pool weekly and made sure to take good care of us, now... we'll be lucky if Daniel even services our pool. My husband has tried to reach out to Daniel so may times thru text, but Daniel ignores it. Daniel continues to charge us for monthly maintenance and services, but does not service our pool at all. Our pool has become green and now we have to probably find another pool guy. Daniel is not an honest person and the integrity of this company is no longer something that is not valued. It's unfortunate, especially for us as the customers. I would no longer recommend this company to anyone I know or anyone looking for pool service. If I could go back in time and choose a pool company, it would not be this one unless the pool guy was going to only be Scott, unfortunately Daniel doesn't have the same work ethic like Scott. Daniel is a really nice person, but we are looking for someone to service our pool, not just be a friendly person.
