Flipped their unused chairs to make sure nobody sat in them. Kindness and compassion goes a LONG way. These people sat there, not doing a darn thing to engage the public mind you, smug that they hadn't let anyone take a little break. It perhaps had to do with the fact these people didn't look like them? Who knows but what a horrible first impression. We need LESS of this in the world. Look at their other reviews and the responses from this Claudia person, they clearly are right fighters preferring to argue than demonstrate good marketing and customer service comprehension. Yikes.

When I told them about Dependable Pool jacking up my price, they thought it was crazy and ridiculous and that would have been a huge ripoff. Glad I switched, I'm still with the same guys I got then, at the same rate with great service. So if you don't have any idea what you should be paying for a pool service, they are probably overcharging you alot and I would shop around. ​

He could not get the brown algae under control, I thought of getting a few estimates from Yelp. I got 4 quotes. Only Miguel made an effort to come by early friday evening (July 12) to look the pool over and see what needed to be done. His first observation was the lack of chlorine in the pool. He explained that was part of the problem and causing the algae growth. His quote was similar to the previous company. The other 3 companies did not bother to come and visit. One company requested photos while the other two just gave me quotes. 2 out of the 3 companies quoted $30 to $50 higher per month th what Miguel quoted me. And those quotes did not include chemicals while with Miguel, his quote was for everything. It will be 3 weeks this friday and I could not be happier. The pool looks clean and devoid of any algae. I would give "100 Stars" if I could. Living in an area "between" larger cities and having a major…read morefailure of a pool pump, could have been a disaster if not for Kelly @ 4 Seasons. After countless "Sorry, we don't service your area" calls, I found someone who likes challenges and road trips. From Kelly having several of the exact pumps that I had decided on after much research, to be willing to drive several hours less than two days later, (earned 5 Stars just for that.) Kelly arrived with not just the pump but with "just in case" pieces and parts (1 more star). After some cleanup of my feeble attempt at plumbing and installing the new pump, it was time to turn on everything and see how it works...only it didn't! After some troubleshooting, Kelly concluded that the control unit for the pump was defective and likely needed to be replaced. Without any hesitation, Kelly was determined to complete the job by deciding to drive hours back to his shop, grabbing a replacement, driving hours back, and finishing the job (5 more stars). Luckily he didn't have to do that...during his troubleshooting, he had been trying to contact his contacts at the pump manufacture for advice. Just before leaving, he received a call from the manufacture that enabled the pump to be repaired in place. OK, this is where it gets really amazing!!! One of the reasons I chose this exact pump is that it has WiFi / Bluetooth capability...that been said, the manufacture rep was able to connect remotely to the pump (amazing part) via a device designator number taken from a decal on the pump and basically reinstalled software and rebooted it, REMOTELY!!!! Yes, it fixed it...(10 more stars for Kelly and the manufacture...Pentair by the way). To top that, the rep stated that he had just received the capability to enable the remote connection and that this was the first time attempting it...first time...and it worked!!! I apologize for being long, but I really wanted to give credit where credit is due...and 100 + star credit is due here, without a doubt. Needless to say, that everything is up and running and water flow and pressure are amazing...Thank You Kelly and rep, you saved the day or should I say weekend...did I mention that this all took place the weekend of the holiday that kicks off the swim season (for us anyway)...the stars just keep adding up!!! I will resoundingly recommend Kelly @ 4 Seasons to anyone needing pool repair done...you can count on him, he's professional & fair priced (worth every penny)...period!
