Yesterday Nate and his team cleaned our Pool Tile in Santa Clarita. I have had it done a few times before and this was by far the best work I've seen. Our Tile is 25 years old and was badly in need of calcium deposit removal. They were professional, left the place clean and did it while we were traveling and unable to be home. We needed to have our pool tile and spa overflow descaled. Our pool man recommended someone but his Yelp reviews were mixed. While on Yelp we found great reviews for Nate at NP Tile Cleaning & Descaling. We sent photos and received a prompt return call with a preliminary quote which we found very reasonable. Nate stopped by to personally check the pool and confirm the quote. We scheduled the job and he arrived on time with his trailer and descaling equipment. Nate and Corey set up and went to work taking their time to do a fantastic job descaling the waterline tile and the soft flagstone facing on the spa overflow (which required a light touch and a lot of finesse to avoid damage). As they neared completion Nate asked us to come out and make sure there were no areas that we felt needed more attention. Great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Just as important as the descaling itself is the cleanup portion of the job. The pool deck and rock facing were hosed down and then the blasting media was vacuumed out of the pool.
