It was done and we even had him do some extra stuff we paid for our selves and they did a great job. Very professional, neat, clean, fast and good job. Very very happy with the work and very reasonable rates on the work we had done. Highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

My pool had become cloudy for the last two visits, even though no one had been swimming in it. I reached out to my pool guy, but he didn't have a solution. I then contacted Junior at Timeless Tidepool, and the difference was night and day. He responded the same day, came out the very next day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got my pool back to perfect condition. My pool is now crystal clear, and I couldn't be happier with the service. What really sets Junior apart is his customer service. He has continued to follow up to make sure everything is holding up and that the pool is staying in great condition. His communication is excellent, his response time is outstanding, and it's obvious he knows exactly what he's doing. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive pool service, look no further than Junior and Timeless Tidepool. I highly recommend them!

This year after a lengthy search found Blue Surf. Nick came out the next day after I called, was knowledgeable, no attempt to upsell us on anything, gave a quote which was for cleaning our empty pool, start up and some minor repairs to missing tiles and a leak. Showed up the next morning as promised. What a disparity between our prior disappointments. If you live in Rio Bravo, call Nick, you will be impressed.

We have had these people doing our pool service for more than a year and their lack of…read moreprofessionalism and quality of service is a recurring issue. We finally had enough and fired them today. We have paid for services that we have not received including replacement of our pool light. They acid washed the pool and left sections unfinished for months and months. Reminders had them promising that it would be taken care of but it wasn't. The owner doesn't do the work himself but hires out others and doesn't oversee or check the work. It's like he can't be bothered. They did a new epoxy coating on the pool last week. (Not the owner but someone he hired out). The owner never came to check the results or fill the pool again and do new starter chemicals. After almost a week and no response from them my husband fired them and filled the pool himself. Then he went and checked the pool filters today that have supposedly been getting cleaned weekly and they were filthy. He spent hours on the pool today doing work that they were supposed to be doing. They are not responsive and their lack of customer service and communication is a big reason for why I do not recommend them...along with the false promises and lack of quality work. The wife who actually does the weekly service is nice and always prompt but it doesn't make up for all the rest. There are many other pool service companies in town. We are tired of putting up with this one. You shouldn't either.
