It was pretty hot out that day and of course there were lines for some attractions. There were some elderly folks waiting in line and visibly very fatigued by the sun. What did these salespeople do? Flipped their unused chairs to make sure nobody sat in them. Kindness and compassion goes a LONG way. These people sat there, not doing a darn thing to engage the public mind you, smug that they hadn't let anyone take a little break. It perhaps had to do with the fact these people didn't look like them? Who knows but what a horrible first impression. We need LESS of this in the world. Look at their other reviews and the responses from this Claudia person, they clearly are right fighters preferring to argue than demonstrate good marketing and customer service comprehension. Yikes.

I would give "100 Stars" if I could. Living in an area "between" larger cities and having a major…read morefailure of a pool pump, could have been a disaster if not for Kelly @ 4 Seasons. After countless "Sorry, we don't service your area" calls, I found someone who likes challenges and road trips. From Kelly having several of the exact pumps that I had decided on after much research, to be willing to drive several hours less than two days later, (earned 5 Stars just for that.) Kelly arrived with not just the pump but with "just in case" pieces and parts (1 more star). After some cleanup of my feeble attempt at plumbing and installing the new pump, it was time to turn on everything and see how it works...only it didn't! After some troubleshooting, Kelly concluded that the control unit for the pump was defective and likely needed to be replaced. Without any hesitation, Kelly was determined to complete the job by deciding to drive hours back to his shop, grabbing a replacement, driving hours back, and finishing the job (5 more stars). Luckily he didn't have to do that...during his troubleshooting, he had been trying to contact his contacts at the pump manufacture for advice. Just before leaving, he received a call from the manufacture that enabled the pump to be repaired in place. OK, this is where it gets really amazing!!! One of the reasons I chose this exact pump is that it has WiFi / Bluetooth capability...that been said, the manufacture rep was able to connect remotely to the pump (amazing part) via a device designator number taken from a decal on the pump and basically reinstalled software and rebooted it, REMOTELY!!!! Yes, it fixed it...(10 more stars for Kelly and the manufacture...Pentair by the way). To top that, the rep stated that he had just received the capability to enable the remote connection and that this was the first time attempting it...first time...and it worked!!! I apologize for being long, but I really wanted to give credit where credit is due...and 100 + star credit is due here, without a doubt. Needless to say, that everything is up and running and water flow and pressure are amazing...Thank You Kelly and rep, you saved the day or should I say weekend...did I mention that this all took place the weekend of the holiday that kicks off the swim season (for us anyway)...the stars just keep adding up!!! I will resoundingly recommend Kelly @ 4 Seasons to anyone needing pool repair done...you can count on him, he's professional & fair priced (worth every penny)...period! If I could leave negative stars I would…read more I had high hopes when I initiated service with this business and it was the biggest mistake. I literally, only lasted 1 month of service with Adrian. This guy is very arrogant, and argumentative. In addition, he calls me and asks me if I have home owners insurance and telling me to file a claim for my pool pump. If I have home owners insurance I should only pay $100 and they will call him to repair the pump. I said thanks and hung up. I went online to pentair and found a licensed contractor through Pentair, and they came to take the pump. They were shocked at the extended of the damage of my pump. After further inspection, it turns out my pump exploded probably from these guys ignorance or maybe intentional to charge my home insurance for this. Attached are the photos and the message from the contractor. I would never recommend this business. Update: The final cost to repair $1,057.75, because In addition to the pump exploding, it cause damage to the plumbing.

His prices are super fair for what you get. It's all relative because he's a REAL pool company and is CPO Certified. Call him and I bet you will think the same.
