They knew I was a repeat customer so they treated me fairly because they knew I would keep coming back to them - they were never looking to make as much money off me for that one repair, they just wanted my car to run right! They were always fair with the price and they were helpful and honest if I just needed advice about an issue with my car. They were always realistic about their schedule as well and if they had to put me off for a few days because they were busy, I went into the book and they took care of me when they said they would. Communication was always great too. I never had to chase them to find out what was happening as they would call with updates. Car repairs are never something you want to have to deal with.
