I got there before they opened, and Mike came out and picked up the mail from their mailbox where I introduced myself as being away from home - and a long way to go with a leaking car. "I can't guarantee anything, since the parts may take me three days to have sent in, and I can't put you before my other 8am approintments. But if you can wait, and they don't show up, I'll move you in and have it looked at. No promises... but we can look at it... maybe." "Maybe" was me driving away at 10:30 in the same morning, after a postponed 8am arrival, two cups of coffee, and a quick diagnosis with a new water pump installed with a replacement belt. So Mike did get a cancellation, slipped me in, told and showed me that I needed a new belt (the old one was glazed, shreaded, and ready to fall apart), and had them delivered into the shop in short order. They even went as far as to check their work by running the car for a bit to make sure the thermostat opened up, and everything was good and tight. They even replaced the coolant, and washed off the spillage that had dripped on the engine and frame. I left Mike with a good contribution to their "Donut Fund." If they read this, please have a jelly one on me guys. Because Mike and you all are a great team. I could tell by the way you treated each customer while I waited in their waiting room. (Which had toys for the kids, lots of memorabilia, and good strong coffee for when the news isn't the best and you have to wait longer than I did. Bottom Line: They earned their Golden Reader's "Best of the Valley" Award for 2014 from the Times. Their gshop is busy, they do inspections, and I was very pleased to have met Mike, the shop owner.

When insurance attempted to retrieve the vehicle, we were presented with charges far beyond what insurance considers reasonable, including: * $350 winch fee (insurance allows $100) * $125 fuel surcharge * $750 flatbed tow * $525 administrative fee (insurance allows $150) * $275 cleanup fee * $125 per day storage fees accumulating while release was being arranged Despite explaining the financial hardship this created, the business was unwilling to work toward a reasonable solution. Communication with the owner was dismissive and unprofessional, and the situation was portrayed as our fault for the insurance company we use. Accidents are stressful enough without facing excessive fees and unhelpful treatment afterward. I would strongly advise others to ensure they control where their vehicle is towed if possible.

I showed up at 11a for my appointment at 1p because I forgot to write down the garage name/address (hahaha only me), so I'm nervous because the number I had wasn't connecting to the garage. As it turns out their internet was down for the business and unable to access phones. I showed up and the energy of the place when I walked in was upbeat and the place clean and well lit. A man greeted me, told me I was super early lol and fortunately got me in immediately while fixing the repairs while being communicative, fair costs, and extending kindness and professionalism every step of the way. It was refreshing. Now the waiting room is less than ideal lol but it served the purpose and I was able to work a little bit as I waited. Overall fantastic experience and will definitely be back!
