The phone goes to an automated answering service, and tells you to select a number for who you wish to speak with. I have gone through the entire directory during an emergency situation and not one person answered the phone. I don't know what happened to Bill R., he used to have a great business, but it seems he doesn't care about his clients at all.

Then three days later same thing happened again on interstate 71 in Ohio, never showed up so I changed tire myself again.
