Not a coincidence, and yet they did not take responsibility of the situation. I had to spend an additional $400 in repairs plus the expense of the tow it back to them. They try to intimidate you with diagnostic fees so they don't have to investigate their own mistakes during the repairs. I do not recommend anyone to take their car here ever.

I brought my vehicle here for repairs which was an insurance claim which I was not at fault. I was greeted by a nice receptionist very kind woman on at 12 February after I made a appointment to bring it in for the body work. my insurance claim and adjuster said the bodywork will only take two days which it states on all documents. Lee Collision had it over the amount of days that the body work should have took to make repairs. my vehicle should have been completed not later then the 10th or 11th of February. I called them numerous of times trying to recover my vehicle. Did not receive it until the 13th. now the other persons insurance does not want to cover me for the two extra days of me having the rental car. Lee collision does not want too cover me the 2 days for the rental. Their reasoning is that it's flu season and they didnt have enough technicians and it's a high peak season. I don't believe it's my fault that you don't have enough technicians. I don't believe I should be charged for the 2 days of a rental because you did not complete your part of the agreement in a timely manner. They told my insurance Company I should have asked for a loaner vehicle. How would I know to ask for one if I though my vehicle would not be done on the day I was told it was going to be completed. Rob is the body shop manager. Not a nice guy. Don't go here I really don't recommend going here

Not only was the bumper needing to be replace but the front hubs had been damaged. They replaced the bumper.(they charges the insurance company for the bumper with fog light housing but put one on that didnt have them which I requested for. So that jacked my insurance because the bill was $150 over the limit) they said nothing was wrong with the front hubs. They were bad I replaced them on my own dime. The alignment was dont incorrectly and they didnt replace the bumper mounting/impact brackets so my bumper wasnt attached correctly. I will request a check from the insurance company to do the repairs myself if the need should ever arise.

Writing on behalf of my mother…read more A very unfortunate incident with a 4x4 post just below the sight line of the car left the two doors on the passenger side of her car badly dented and scraped up. The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat. Go visit them and let them know what you need. They will tell you the truth and do good work for fair prices. TL;DR: Autosy Auto Spa is awesome!
