The food was very good and the service was very quick! Will come here again when back in town!

We ate a late lunch, early dinner here after visiting the BlackBerry Jam festival. It was great food, full of flavor. The service was so good and friendly. We will certainly be back!! read more

Me and my friends saw this place in the small town of Lowell and thought this place would be a nice place to eat. We go in, see some deals and order. We ask for horchata and they say they have non but we should order some sodas basically insisting. So 3/4 of us add sodas. We eat, the food that was mediocre, and the bill comes, it was over 35 dollars more than what we added it up too, and it turned out the sodas were 4 dollars, and she came and insisted on a refil(the prices of sodas aren't on the menu). It was a very bad experience and would not recommend. read more

Expensive, bland, let me wait to be check out by 5 more customers coming in. I was first customer and make large order yet last to be check out. I support local but when super expensive and not caring about your business, then I'm out. read more

Great attentive service! Cute little place with fun decor! My strawberry margarita was perfect! Large portions! read more

Food was so really good and very authentic. Reminded me of Mexico. Service was very quick and the staff were super nice. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a gem as we were road tripping thru Oregon and needed a quick bite to eat. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area. read more

Been there 3 times now every time I've been they're out of something I want One time it was rice!?? I mean really??!!?!! Second time no sopes third time the beans tasted very sour I'll never go back and I haven't been there in over two years I'm sure it hasn't gotten better they're always empty... I don't know how they stay in business read more

This place is not bad if you are venturing to Lowell on your way to the lakes. The restaurant location is interesting, its almost in a residential neighborhood. Í had a chalupa, it was nothing special, a little dry. Was pretty quiet inside when I went during the week but maybe it gets more business on the weekends? Definitely a family run business, a few people sitting in a booth watching the tv. read more

Armando's Mexican Restaurant - Tostada and deep fried burrito togo. Packed chips for me too! - Mexican Near Me - Lowell, Oregon

Have visited twice now. Both times everything was fresh and fast. Great food in a quite little town. Not a lot of seating but always comfortable. Full bar! read more

What a little gem! We were on the way from Portland to Crater Lake and stopped here for a quick bite. The staff were so friendly and the space was really nice. The food was great. We're vegetarians but heartily appreciate a burrito that is more than just the absence of meat. They stuffed their veggie burrito and enchiladas with fresh veggies and they were so good! The beans aren't vegetarian so if you are, I would pass on them but definitely give this place a try! read more

I gem of a hole-in-the-wall. The food was delicious and the service was great. They have a full bar. We were here for business and this was the only location in the city to get some lunch. Our whole group was pleasantly surprised. We would definitely come back if in town again. read more

Really good "comfort food" Mexican food. Large portions, owner is usually the one who waits on you. Very friendly and quick service. The margaritas are made with cheap, sweet and sour, but are good quality liquor store, so they are "good/ok". read more

Horrible Do Not eat here. I ordered a burrito a la carte, they served me enchilada plate & told me it was a burrito and walked away. it was flavorless and I was sick all night. my credit card statement was billed higher than the receipt, luckily I kept the receipt. read more

This is a great little restaurant in our little town, please patronize it so they will stay, so nice not to have to drive to town Good Food read more

Food wasn't great and not hot. Chips and salsa, chips stale. Service was slow and there was only two other tables being served.

Always friendly and great food. These folks work 60+ hours a week and serve our community graciously.

Excellent little gem. The service was fast and friendly. The food was really good with generous portions. I love these little home town restaurant's and this one is is an excellent example of why. We will be eating here again. And yes, I would definitely recommend to a friend. read more

I love this place. Chicken enchiladas are my favorite along with tamales. Their salsa is full of flavor. I have never had a bad meal here. Warm and friendly place. read more

About as authentic as you can get. Great food and service. It's small, hidden, and family run. This is what you want from a real Mexican restaurant. The seafood plates are great and the fajitas are always a winner. read more

Very friendly staff! My six year old was in love with their rice and beans. We stopped randomly on the way home to Portland and we're sad they aren't closer! read more

Pleasant staff. Good filling food. The place appeared clean and well kept. Great place to stop on your way to a destination. Lots of variety and the Enchilada Suisas was great! read more

This is literally the only restaurant in town, so people appreciate it-- the place was packed with locals and they all seemed pretty happy. Presumably, the place is catering to local tastes. The food was REALLY bland though, even for a place that is not claiming to be authentic-- it tasted like Mexican night at the old folks home, or an elementary school lunch. Also, we some some roaches and two of our party felt sick after eating the meat. I am giving the place two stars for location, atmosphere, and prompt and friendly service, but the people of Lowell deserve better food, they really do. read more

Do NOT bother going here. We purchased a dining certificate 11 days AGO. At the end of our meal they told us that: they do not do the certificates anymore. Why are they being sold? To get us in the door and scam unsuspecting patrons? I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The atmosphere was loud since they seated us next to a table that was clearly their family. They were practically shouting on a phone call which was on speaker our entire visit. read more

It is the only restaurant in Lowell but when you walk in its almost like its a burden you are there. First off it is the worst Mexican food I have ever had, no joke. Their customer service is awful and there is only a few people at a time in there and when you have a problem with the order then its a you problem. I don't like it and never have but I went back cause my gf wanted to, well never again . read more

Good food in a clean atmosphere. Considering that it is the only restaurant in a very small town, it was surprisingly good. Food tastes freshly made and lemonade was excellent. We will be coming back. read more
