What impressed me most was their honesty and personalized service. They genuinely wanted to help us and gave us advice based on what was best for our family--not what would make them the most money. They explained that they could absolutely repair our refrigerator, but were honest enough to tell us that if it were their refrigerator, they would put the money toward a new one instead. It's rare to find a company that is this trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely cares about its customers. I would recommend them to anyone and will absolutely use them again for any future appliance repairs!

Edward was super helpful and sent Alex over that afternoon to check it out. Alex came to try and get it running properly two more times, before it was decided it couldn't be fixed. I appreciated the excellent customer service and hard work both Edward and Alex provided. A couple of tips: have your techs wear some sort of collared shirt or uniform to make the customer feel comfortable, make sure and talk the customer through the repair each step of the way. Other than those two suggestions, keep doing what you're doing, Edward

We left a message on their phone in the evening, and the next morning Axel showed up at 8 a.m. (they don't open until 9) to see what needed repair. Without a moment's hesitation, he took the lid to his store and ordered the replacement part, special delivery. Then, knowing it would take a few days for the part to arrive, removed a lid from a similar washer that was on display, and gave it to me for temporary use. Three days later the part had arrived, the lid repaired, and was back on my washer. And all done with a smile. And treated as warranty work, with no charge to me. Even though it was my fault. This the kind of customer service that you will never get from a big-box store.

Be careful -- dishonest company!!!!!…read more My LG fridge started cooling poorly, so I reached out to a few repair companies for advice. Opukr Appliance responded quickly, and I told them about the issue, also mentioning that my fridge was less than three years old. Later, I found out from other companies and even Google that my fridge is actually covered by LG's five-year warranty. I used this info, called LG, and they immediately scheduled a free repair for me! Meanwhile, Opukr Appliance tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and quoted me a repair price of $1000+ while offering the earliest possible appointment -- clearly eager to make money off me as fast as possible. I truly value honesty and always try to be fair with people. But this experience showed me how unethical this company is. They prey on your lack of knowledge to overcharge you. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I want to warn others -- don't fall for their tricks and don't let them take your money!
