Showed me two used tires that seemed to have to have good tread , then told me he has two More in the back that's just as good , he then jacked up my car before I could even make a decision, he then told me one of the tires were no good and then brought out some trash tires and started changing them , after he was done I told him these tires barely have any tread on them , what happened to the ones you said were just as good ? This place gave me a bad tire that could have caused me to have a major wreck and they told me I could not get my money back and was told it was another tire. On top of that they lost my lug nut, so they forced one on my tire that did not fit, and it was crooked. I was never made aware of the lug nut issue. I went to Nissan for brakes because they me making grinding and squealing noises. Nissan showed me the poor job ATK did on the brake install as the reason why the noises and my brakes are actually still good. ATK does not provide quality work and its dangerous to install bad tires and bad brakes on someone's transportation. Bought full set of tires from them 8 months ago. had to go back in for the front tire which they sold me for 50 bucks and if I had known what to look for and not assumed that they would not be ripping people off then I noticed the dry rot because three weeks in having that used tire, I bought from them for 50 bucks became a hole in the front side to which they would not do anything except for put my spare tire on my van for me which I could've done myself, they are a joke do not ever go to this place read more

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! First off, I was supposed to get each tire for $120 then, I came back the following week because they did not have the brand I wanted. They said they were going to have it! I bought three non brand tires and he clearly recognized me and gave them to me for $125. Got them done. Since they took a while and were about to close they were in a rush to get me out. Turns out that that night going back home one of them was making a weird noise but since it was very windy it was hard to hear from which tire it was coming from. Came in for an alignment, ended up buying two tires as well. They did a decent job, but they refused to allow me to redeem my Groupon which is bad business in my book. Had they tried to remedy the issue by calling a manager/their boss, I wouldn't mind so much. Instead they made me pay the full amount upfront and then gave me their manager's number, which was conveniently disconnected. They also wouldn't replace my headlight because is was "not easy". I've worked in many customer service jobs, and I am usually very understanding when it comes to miscommunications such as this, but there was a genuine lack of care on their part and that rubbed me the wrong way. read more

I wouldn't suggest coming here, I bought Mud tires from here about 6 months ago, it was all fine till I started coming for service. (Keep in mind) I have 35x12.5 rim 20, first came for balancing took about 2 and half hours to get it done , second time I came because of an issue with a tire that is very wobbly at high speeds I have taken it to discount tire and Pepboys and they are telling me it's a bad tire AJ keeps saying it's balancing and he won't replace tires although I spent about $3300 for rims and tires Toyo tires and Ballistic rims. Than I had a flat on one of them and AJ said he would actually patch the tire if it was flat, the device guy said he would "plug" it which is something I could do otherwise why would I take it to them. Never coming here again and hopefully this helps anyone to make a buying decision. so I went into this place looking for a set of wheels, I have spent 2 days calling this place without any answer on the phone. why call you might ask? well I don't live local to the shop and the only reason I went here was because my brother recommended the place due to him purchasing wheels from this shop a year earlier. well back to the point, the sales man points out some wheels in the style that I was looking for and failed to tell me the set was used from his brothers car "oh really, and you were going to charge me full price?", so after I decide well the wheels are not the color or style I am looking for he decides to try and sell me some 20 inch wheels, I currently have 20s so why on earth would I pay you for the same thing sir? I really hope that this was some type of bad day the shop was having but by the looks of the lady putting away tires at closing time..... her one tooth is looking very lonely. I'm just saying they don't seem to be bothered by hiring any professionals at this shop in the least bit. I did notice that they are quick to get people in and out if you have bald tires and the like, just not any good at selling the high end wheels and tires. Also the shop is literally infested with Mosquitos, by the time myself and my brother got out of the place we both could likely have been infected with both lime disease as well as the Zika virus. now to the more inportant part of this review, if you are actually approved for a set of wheels this place will actually over sell you on everything that they can to max out the credit line aka price gouge you. this guy decides that painting my brake calipers is a needed option as well as charging me extra to move my tpms from my old wheels to the new ones as well as charging me for lugs and lock nuts. long story short is he will quote you like $1650.00 and they take on enough extras to take it to the $2100.00 mark. went to another shop, got the wheels out the door for $1800.00 no upcharges at all. read more

do not have your car serviced here. i got work done here in january 2018 needed a lower control arm bought it across the street at auto zone, 4 hours later that day after i dropped it off i called and asked if it was done yet and gave me the run around and finally told me autozone gave me the wrong side control arm, went back replaced it with the right one next day called about 12pm asked once again what the status was and told me it was not ready called again about 6pm and told me it was ready, got the car back drove it a mile or so and lower control arm popped out. brought it back waited another day and was told i had to pay for labor again!!!!!!!! so recap 120.00 drop off 189.99 for part and had to pay again 60.00 for additional labor when the part broke from there service. fixed it and a day later started driving weird and making loud popping sounds and told me he couldnt do nothing about it unless i pay again. so if u want quality good service go to (gers) in arlington tx off of pionneer there work is warrantied and fast service. this place is a joke and only takes cash no card so there pocketing money and issac is a scammer!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible place to go read more
