This my favorite bowling alley by far, but they need more helpers. Last, but not least, their pizza is super great.

We booked the package with two bowling games, and it included all the pizza, fries, and drinks the kids wanted within the hour and a half we reserved -- which made everything so easy and stress-free. After bowling, they all headed to the arcade and didn't want to leave. The space is fun, well organized, and perfect for groups. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which really made the experience even better. The kids are already asking when we can go back. Highly recommend for family outings, group hangouts, or celebrations!

One thing I just didn't like was there was literally sooooo many lanes open and they made us all squeeze in one side of the room. I mean I get it if they were busy but wtheck. They should've spread everyone apart to give us all some comfort. I get it for a restaurant if they have one server and we all have to be scrunched together but this made no sense. Another thing is that it is super expensive. The food is pretty expensive. I got one flat bread (not even a full pizza) and a large fries and two extra dips. It came out to almost $30. For two games and 2 pairs of shoes it costs almost $70. I guess that's how much bowling is nowadays. It does get busy during the night during weekends, but they do have a half off weekday special and isn't as busy during the mornings. Their arcade set up is pretty big I didn't even bother playing that bc who knows I would've spend another $50 on just games. The area kinda sketch, just beware of your surroundings.

We were greeted by energetic staff who asked us which package we would take. Naturally the 24 hole golf is included and decided on the escape room option. There are two options, one alien themed and the other pirate themed. We went with the Alien 51 themed one since the pirate one was in use. After a short video we had a 10 minute time limit to solve the puzzle. It's quite straight forward but quite a thinker at times. We were able to solve it with little time to spare. Me and my friend had a great time figuring it out and will gladly return to see the other offering down the line. Onto the main course, the mini golf! The courses are laid out in a way that guides you along each hour in order. Each course has its own theme ranging from a Dia de Los Muertos themed one to one with the great wall of China serving as a ramp. It was definitely a vibe and we had a blast. Some holes scale up in difficulty while others are quite straight forward. Overall this was a great time and excellent way to spend time together with a friend.

I've now been here twice to bowl, and unfortunately both experiences were frustrating enough that I…read morewon't be bowling here again. Both visits had the same issue: the group next to us had no sense of bowling etiquette, and it was never addressed by staff. Their parties were oversized and ended up spilling into our space sitting in our seats, placing drinks on our table, and generally taking over the shared area. On top of that, their kids repeatedly came over to our lane, touching our tablet and interfering with our game. It made it really hard to enjoy what we paid for. What made it worse is that both times, the groups next to us were visibly drunk. That kind of environment might be expected at a bar, but when it starts impacting other guests' experience especially families it becomes a problem. There didn't seem to be any staff intervention to manage the situation or maintain a respectful atmosphere. Another frustrating point was the check-in process. I brought my own Brunswick bowling shoes, but I was still told I had to rent a pair anyway. The employee even said I could "just do whatever with them," which honestly makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary charge. Policies like that don't feel customer-friendly. To be fair, Big Al's is a fun place overall. The arcade games and general hangout vibe are great, and I'd still come back for that. But the bowling experience itself just isn't worth it based on what I've experienced. There's definitely room for improvement staff should be more proactive about enforcing basic bowling etiquette, making sure groups stay within their assigned seating areas and respect neighboring lanes. Better monitoring, especially when alcohol is involved, could help prevent disruptive behavior. Clear limits on group sizes per lane, ensuring kids stay within their own lane, and revisiting the shoe rental policy for guests who bring their own equipment would all go a long way in improving the experience. There's definitely potential here, but the bowling side needs better structure and oversight.

Hence, it's easy to drop $70 and only end up with ONE small Kaito plushie from the Round One x Vocaloid collaboration. I realize not all are ready to commit to splurging, but get ready. Especially if you have KIDS! There's a feast to the recreational senses when you enter. I immediately gravitated towards the claw games. Note, the claw games are tough, I had to look up YouTube strategies and I still only ended up with a small prize from a smaller crane. I'll be back soon for Kaito's friends! If you're big on crossovers, Round One is constantly partnering with big names like Holo Live and other anime brands/titles. Sanrio is another major contributor, some plushies and prizes are even exclusive to Round One! I spotted cups, keychains, and much more. Now, Round One also offers bowling, karaoke, 99 cent ice cream, and arcade games. Thankfully, I went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't bad at all. No one was hogging up the activities and people were civil. I thought the experience was quite calming and sobering. If you want a thousand anime girl figures I guess you'd be in luck though. There's some Sanrio stuff that's pretty boring and generic (with the exception of a bag featuring Romy and her obscure sister from Kuromi's Pretty Journey) as well as some Digimon plushies (only Palmon and Tentomon??) in a bizarre, cheap-looking limbless body style. The selection here is so random and incomplete it feels like they are sourcing from overstock or something. For example, it was weird seeing an entire wall of Kuroko figures (nevermind that no one has talked about Kuroko in over a literal decade and a half...), but ONLY Murasakibara, like, what? Note that there is security at the entrance and they will check your pockets and bags. I do like that they do this, it's probably just to make sure you're not sneaking food in but I felt safer walking around since the place is open late at night. It was extremely hot and humid inside and it smelled musty. I circled around to check out the selection but ended up leaving in 15 minutes because I couldn't find anything I wanted. Probably won't bother coming to this location again.

It's the kind of place where you can bowl a few games, grab some snacks, mess around in the arcade, and just hang out without it feeling dead or outdated. The atmosphere is lively without being chaotic. Honestly, this is what a 5-star bowling alley should be, good lanes, good lighting, fun arcade, decent food, and a vibe where you actually want to stay longer than one game. And I'm just gonna say it... way better than Bowlero. Bowlero feels overpriced and corporate, like they tried to turn bowling into a nightclub. They weren't rude - just didn't look happy working there. Not one person even made any attempts to try to pretend to act friendly. The vibe felt different than other Top Golf locations. Not sure if it could be the lack of service or maybe it was the area, but aside from the nice, breezy weather, the night felt off. Food? Another 4/10. We ordered a few shareable platters but the chicken and mac & cheese bites were cold and hard. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Topgolf location…read more We arrived around 9 AM and this was not our first visit. A server started explaining how everything worked, and I told her directly that we had already been here multiple times and did not need the introduction. One thing that already made us uncomfortable from the beginning was how some servers constantly stand around the table waiting for tips. The atmosphere felt very pressured and uncomfortable instead of relaxed and welcoming. Later, I briefly used a vape in the outdoor second-floor area. There were no visible signs stating that vaping was prohibited there, and after being reminded, I stopped immediately. The real issue was how management handled the situation afterward. Assistant Manager Chelsea approached us in a confrontational manner and accused me of "talking to her employees like that," even though I never used offensive language or disrespected anyone. We were trying to file a complaint regarding Chelsea's behavior, but manager Bryan was extremely rude from the beginning. We were not yelling or causing any problems, yet he immediately told us to leave instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. I later went to the front desk simply asking for Bryan's business card and the names of the employees involved for complaint purposes. Instead of professionally providing the information, Bryan threatened to call security and have me removed from the property. As we were leaving, Bryan also aggressively questioned whether I had paid the bill while holding the bill folder in his hand, even though I had already paid through the app. His attitude felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. What made the situation even worse was that my 10-year-old child was present during this entire incident and was emotionally affected by the aggressive behavior and threats from management. No family should have to experience that during what was supposed to be a normal outing. This was extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Managers are supposed to de-escalate situations and help customers, not threaten customers for requesting complaint information. A formal complaint has already been submitted to Topgolf corporate regarding Bryan, Chelsea, and the handling of this situation.

Well designed to allow places to sit behind the bowling alleys without feeling on top of each other. Floors are laminate and easy to clean, giving the place a modern feel; no dark carpeting and funny smells. The two lanes we've bowled in worked perfectly. The electronic systems were efficient. The lanes felt like they were not too slick so the ball did what we expected it to. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Pricing is higher than Arlington Lanes ($7.99 per game on weekends, third game 1/2 off) but we are willing to pay a few more dollars for the experience and to have lanes that perform as expected. Arlington was so slick, or something, that our balls seemed very odd and we had to adjust a lot. We like paying per game as we don't feel rushed. It seems like many bowling alleys charge per hour for a lane; good for them but not as flexible for bowlers Tip: if you plan to bowl with any frequency, get your own shoes off Amazon. For $40-60, you will have a pair that fit well and no worries about what's in the shoe. Rentals here are $6.99 per visit. The balls we used from the alley were done, but also dinged up (normal wear and tear). We appreciated they are balls were stored on racks grouped by size. In many bowling alleys, hunting for a ball is like finding a needle in a haystack. Fun experience.
