I've trained at other UFC gyms and purchased sessions elsewhere without ever experiencing anything like this. This situation felt misleading and unprofessional. I do like the classes that they offer here, but it has been a few months where they had a hard time finding an aqua fit instructor. I really like these classes but if the instructors aren't good, it is hard to follow along to the music as well as the choreography. At least it is one hour class where I can get a good workout. Their cycling classes are good and fill up fast. It is hard for me to stay for an hour as those bike seats just aren't comfortable but I do my best and leave when my derriere hurts. The cleanliness of the ladie's locker area need major work. There's shower heads that don't work all the time and there's a lot of hair on the floor. There's also moldy tile in the shower areas so I tend to rinse off while wearing my flip flops and then go home to shower completely. As for the swimming pool, it is always so cold when you enter. I have asked the staff a couple of times and they said the pool temperature is monitored automatically but I wonder when the last calibration of their pool thermometer was? It is definitely chilly when you enter the swimming pool! I do hope management at this location will increase the frequency of cleaning the lockerrooms and really look into the temperature of the swimming pool.
