I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. I have to say they exceeded all my expectations by listening to what I wanted and gave me a great recommendations on the computer. I eventually with the Black Rhino - Kelso wheels. I will definitely be back and do more business with them. Locally owned and a family run operation. No pressure selling and I can see why now they have such great reviews. I bought my 2014 Wrangler JK to get out and have some fun. I'm new to Arizona and didn't really…read moreknow where to start, so I found these guys on Facebook and went on a ride with them the weekend after I bought it. I had a blast. They even gave me a free inspection on the trail since I was new to all this. I stuck it in the glove box and didn't think much of it. Later I took the Jeep out on the same trail with a friend and something felt off. That Monday I took it in and had Josh look at it. He put it on the rack and found a ton of stuff I never would have known to look for. The undercarriage was shot. Long story short, we did a full build. They pulled the bottom half of the Jeep off and went back with a Metal Cloak game changer, Fox shocks, new Rubicon axles with lockers and a switch to engage them, RPM steering, and the works. They also did the differentials, the transfer case oil, brakes, and new wheel studs. I had Molle racks, decals, and a Starlink Mini put on too. Later I asked them to keep an eye out for a set of 17" beadlock wheels and they found me some for a third of the price. We put on 37" tires and regeared to 4.88s, and now she rides like a dream. It's my jacked up Cadillac on the back roads. Not only is the work exceptional, the service and communication were great too. The only hiccup was parts taking a while to come in, and that's on manufacturing, not them (I'm just impatient, lol). They've also helped me out on the trail. They wouldn't let me go on the big run before because they said I'd tear the Jeep up and needed a few things to do it safely. Now that it's done, for now, they invited me on the big boy run. These guys have been a huge asset to me and I consider them family. Great group of guys, great place to hang out, and phenomenal work. 5 stars.

Desk manager has a real issue with customer service and administrative management as witnessed while there. NOT adding names as anyone that goes there will see the issues. - NEGATIVE Stars if available. Retired US Navy and was incredibly disappointed in this entire process... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION........ Has to be one of the worst customer service experiences i have encounter in years. Guess you cant trust a name without checking reviews - do the homework related to this location. The desk manager never calls with updates and or any info, I had to call in weekly for status to find out any updates. Do have all call logs too never an inbound call. The level of actual Jeep mechanical knowlegde there is VERY low if any... 1st week - Call in and unknown what issue is still checking. 2nd week - Call in and they say it does need a fuel pump. Which was delayed since they didnt order all required parts needed. 3rd week - Call in and told not fuel pump after brand new + install cost. Told need more diag time. 4th week - Call in told they order a MAP sensor to change out. 5th week Call in NOT sensor so they took out and then went on stating they have NO idea or time to diag the issue. Told I need to come in they are done with it.... Show up to find out why they gave up on working on my Jeep. Found out again they changed our parts with no authorization.... or call...battery was ran dead since hazards left on. The battery was under warranty and would have been easy to exchange again if called. Go to get battery to exchange warr out and they got rid of my core so had to wait again until they could retrieve. Finally battery back and had tow truck out to get it OUT of there... Tow was delayed since I had to get under Jeep to secure new fuel pump left hanging on wire loom. Also had to reattach fuel filter bracket...
