He and his partner have many years of experience and is very knowledgeable about home repair. He focuses on the task at hand, worked efficiently, and did not damage any part of my home. I immediately called John indicating that this was not the product we had discussed and that a laminent was exactly what my husband and I did not want. He stated that "people get them mixed up all the time" and that "with dogs in my house this is the product he thinks I should have." I can only say that we are extremely disappointed with the product as it is something we could have picked up ourselves at Lowe's or Sam's and laid over a weekend and at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention that there is a mound at the rear entry door where the floor was floated over the existing tile, and areas of lift throughout the room that I was told by one of your installers would settle once the materials acclimated themselves to my environment. In coming to a professional interior design and installation service I had certainly expected more, but instead have come away from this experience extremely disappointed. We have learned to live with the floor for now and are in the process of trying to decide how to get rid of it and what we should do next.
