They…read morereplaced/repaired a roof on my Scottsdale property that had a leak, and sold me a 5-year warranty after the job. Within 60 days, the roof was leaking again. I called and reminded them I'd bought the warranty. The guy who sold it to me claimed the warranty doesn't cover this -- which is either incompetence or straight-up dishonesty. I called the main office, they opened a ticket, and eventually sent an employee to walk the roof. He shot 12 minutes of video and 30 photos and blamed the A/C unit -- which is also brand new. I was almost relieved, since Scottsdale Air has always been solid. Scottsdale Air sent their guy out to check it -- he spent 4 hours tracing every drain line and confirmed there aren't any in the affected areas. He was great, thorough and communicative. Meanwhile what started (pre new roof) as 1 leak is now 2, post a brand new roof install. 100% increase! Weeks later, still not resolved. I can't recommend Arizona Roofers, and I'd urge caution before hiring them. They're not inexpensive, and I feel like a fool for spending what I did. (Photos attached -- they sent these themselves.) Is pooling water normal on a new flat roof in Arizona? I don't think so.

AZ Roofers Review - Quality Work, But Communication Needs Improvement…read more Project Scope: AZ Roofers was hired to replace/repair the roof on my father's home - a complex project on a house over 4,000 sq. ft. with multiple peaks, valleys and a turret room. We met with Tanner (sales) twice before making our decision. We also received quotes from other companies, but ultimately chose AZ Roofers because they made us feel confident in their abilities and excited about the challenge. Sales & Initial Impression: Tanner and Austin (Project Manager) were both involved in the quoting process. Austin's enthusiasm for the project was a major selling point for us, especially since other companies seemed more concerned about the roof's complexity. The initial communication was clear, and we were advised about next steps and the project timeline. Project Management & Communication: Unfortunately, the communication broke down as the project start date approached. We did not hear from our assigned Project Manager as promised, and on the day the project was supposed to begin, we still had not received any updates. After reaching out to Tanner, we learned Austin was out of town for his wedding-a detail that had not been communicated to us. As a result, a different Project Manager was assigned at the last minute, and the job started a day late. Throughout the project, we ended up working with two different Project Managers. This lack of continuity and proactive communication was disappointing and did not match the experience we were sold on. Workmanship: Despite communication issues, the quality of the roofing work was very good. We are happy with the finished product and appreciate the crew's efforts on a challenging roof. Overall Recommendation: While AZ Roofers delivered a solid final product, the communication and project management left much to be desired. If you value consistent updates and clear updates and clear points of contact, you may want to clarify expectations up front. Based on our experiences, I would be hesitant to recommend AZ Roofers without reservations.

This was a massive project covering more than 5,500 square feet, so it was no small undertaking. We were eager to get the project started as soon as possible, and System Pavers really made an effort to accommodate our timeline and work with us to make it happen. We truly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help. As a project manager myself, I understand firsthand how much time, patience, communication, and attention to detail it takes to ensure clients feel heard and taken care of. I have high expectations and consider myself a perfectionist, so I especially want to recognize Jose, our project manager, for his professionalism, patience, and dedication throughout the entire process. Although we experienced a few hiccups along the way due to weather and some miscommunication, Jose really stepped up to the plate. He listened to our concerns, worked with us to address them, and remained professional and committed to getting things right. That meant a great deal to us, and I am truly grateful for his efforts. A special thank-you also goes to Elias, who handled the lighting and helped put everything back together. His work and attention to the finishing details were greatly appreciated. And, of course, we want to recognize the hardworking installation crew. Removing more than 5,500 square feet of existing stamped concrete and preparing the area before laying all those pavers was an enormous amount of work. We appreciate the team's effort, dedication, and hard work in bringing this project to life. We couldn't be happier with how beautiful our new driveway looks! We are grateful to Jose, Elias, and the entire System Pavers team for their hard work and commitment to making this project a success. Thank you all for your patience, professionalism, and dedication. We would absolutely recommend System Pavers to anyone considering a major driveway or paver project!

It was a very small project My project was only about 345 sq. ft., and I was quoted around $10,000 before tax, which felt extremely high for the size. The representative also showed some unprofessionalism. They came twice to my home the first time to make measurements and then an hour later he came back. He asked to come inside my home, stayed for more than 45 minutes even though I indicating I would not be making a decision on the spot. He continued pushing for a $1,000 deposit right then and there. I asked for at least 24 hours to think about it, but he kept stalling instead of respecting my time. I eventually had to ask him to leave. Overall, not the experience I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this company based on how my consultation went. The high pressure sales tactic and the unprofessionalism made me not want to buy from them.

We had our roof replaced by All Storm Roofing and are so thankful we decided to go with this…read morecompany! We did our research and gathered estimates from four separate companies. After scheduling appointments, gathering photos, information, and estimates, we decided to go with All Storm Roofing. Their photos, details, and information were the most thorough out of all three companies! Not only were we pleased with the estimates we received, one of the main reasons we decided to go with All Storm Roofing was because they provided different options that came with different materials and warranties. The other companies just give you one estimate and you're forced to go with those specific materials that are used and for their selected warranty. We were very happy with the warranties given by All Storm Roofing. Last, the other thing we really appreciate about this company is that the price you are quoted is the price you pay. We've heard bad experiences from others neighbors who went with different companies and how they added on a lot of money on to their original estimate. For those other companies, they stated that there was more underlayment that had to be replaced than they were anticipating and therefore the price they would have to pay was quite far from the estimate they were originally given. That was not the case with All Storm Roofing. We asked the questions ahead of time and were happy with how they honestly do business. Brian took a lot of time taking photos and explaining everything to us. He was great to work with! We were also very happy with Tom and all of his crew. We would definitely consider All Storm Roofing in the future and recommend them to all of our neighbors and friends.
