Great customer service and a selection and prices that can't be beat! I have used them for tile and quartz.

Replacing countertops, the original choice wasn't available in the width we needed. The contractor suggested looking here. It's a huge place with tile etc in the front. The countertop material is in a warehouse sized area. Quartz, granite and marble slabs are there. You can select the exact piece desired. Shoppers can select up to 5 samples to take home and decide whether or not it matches what they need. We chose a piece that met our needs. My biggest complaint? When I asked the price range of the marble selected. Huh? I was told that I'd have to ask the contractor. What if I didn't have a contractor? If they'd have been straight forward and transparent I would have chosen something at the upper end of my budget. I guess the upside is I will have some extra $$$ on my pocket. read more

I'm a big fan of this company. They have come through for me on multiple jobs and employees have great attitudes. In the showroom Irm is very patient. She gathers every different tile for all of your design ideas and offers great advice. Isabel has a great eye for design and even hand draws pictures of what your spaces will look like with the tiles you select for your project. Again both ladies have great attitudes and a welcoming presence. As far as quality and choices on granite and quartz I was very satisfied. Being able to see the piece you are buying and help decide on where to do the cuts is great. Using a local fabricator helps prevent a lot of headaches. I ended up paying only a few hundred dollars more than Lowe's or Home Depot but got the personalization I wanted and didn't have to wait for product. Lowe's was two weeks I believe and Home Depot was three weeks for delivery. When it came time to do my bathroom remodel I again went with AZ tile and I'm so grateful I did. I purchased 10% extra for my project but ended up going with a design that wasted far more than anticipated. When I called to see if they had any of my special order style in stock they said they didn't and it would be a week, which would be pretty unfortunate and costly. Luckily Darren checked and managed to put together a box of their samples of the tiles I ordered and with the discount I received on my initial purchase. Really saved the day for my contractor and myself. Thank you! Thanks to AZ tile I have had no issues with quality, orders/reorders, and received a great price on everything. So glad I didn't go with the "cheaper" options. read more

Joe was SO great helping me pick out slabs that would work with my outside BBQ! He went above and beyond for me, even getting more slabs in to choose from! We had a lot of laughs too! I only wish I had listened to him about what fabricator to choose. I went with Amazonia Kitchen and Tile and that was a HUGE mistake! I really should have listened to him as he hears about the great ones from his customers. Now i have to start all over, and was a month into it already! But Joe and the guys down there are great! For the bathroom remodeling, I found the tiles that I wanted at Arizona Tile. I should have started here instead of the big box stores. Showroom Consultant Irm was great to work with. We finally picked out our slab of granite. Chris was very easy to work with and was understanding that we wanted to look at more than just the first couple of options. We visited to purchase tile/rock/some sort of new surfacing for a fireplace remodel. We were unsure what we wanted, just looking for ideas. How fortunate we were to work with Jessica Stout who has a low key but thorough approach. I have been renovating my kitchen and master bathroom and some floors. I found Arizona Tile and find them to be an outstanding company. They have a large tile selection and offer a veteran's discount. They have a list of tile installers that can be provided to the customer. Their employees will assist in designing floors or back splashes or whatever the customer is wanting to achieve. It is one stop shopping. I loved the plans that Isobel drew up for me. Jessica Stout, Showroom Consultant, provided incredible customer service. We did some research online first for the tile palette we planned to use on a bathroom floor mosaic. She informed our choices. After picking out the samples we wanted, she gave them to us at no charge, even knowing we wouldn't be back for more because we were going to break them up for mosaic. Once I decided on what granite I wanted she was very helpful in letting me see all the pieces they had in stock for me to pick out the ones I wanted. Update, I did end up purchasing my backsplash tiles from Arizona tile. The quality and the price were great. I spent less than at Lowes... which is saying something. Lots lots lots to choose from. Even with the small project we are planning I couldn't find something I wanted. In all fairness, I went into Arizona Tile not knowing what I really wanted. I have trouble visualizing so I when I selected my tile, I asked for someone to help me with designing a transition in the doorway from carpet to the tile. I arrived loaded with my sample tiles and ideas. Irm Dean, Showroom Consultant, was amazing! She listened and encouraged me as I laid out my ideas and concerns, carefully explained why one of my ideas would not work, and worked with me as we rearranged and thought things out. Presto! We had a plan and it felt like it was my idea all along. I left there happy and excited! I've worked with Arizona Tile through several projects. Horrible experience! We ordered tile on July 1st, paid in full, and got a call today that they "ran out". Their is nothing they can do. First it was they got too many orders in, then it was the tile we chose was discontinued. But we can come back in and pick something and they "will try and work with us on the price". No matter that the entire bathroom is torn out and we were supposed pick up our full order on Thursday. Horrible customer service. Horrible. read more

I recently updated two bathrooms and most of the flooring in my house. I bought all my tile for the bathrooms, floor tiles for both bathroom and the majority of my house and the granite counter top for the bathroom. I had a great experience and Mabel Q. helped me throughout the whole process. While we were picking out our granite countertop at Arizona Tile (the one place everyone/business has to use in ABQ area) I talked to one of their design people (Joseph) and he came up with a great idea, free of charge, and our kitchen turned out fantastic.
