It took several requests to get copies of my receipts and they have no records whatsoever to show that $28K of purchased tile was picked up and properly accounted for. I was told by Shane that accounting for the tile was my responsibility. Lesson learned - personally count every tile or risk some going "missing"? I also returned boxes of broken tile costing $250 and Shane and Carla both claimed they were replaced but told me I had to take their word for it because they had no documentation to show I received the replacement boxes. If they have no records, how did they both know the boxes were replaced? Another box arrived broken and Carla instructed me that contractors use the broken pieces for filling in edges. I had to send a photo of the completely shattered and unusable tiles before a replacement was processed. Their resistance to providing basic service is shocking. Buying tile from Prosource was a big mistake.

I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. The countertop material is in a warehouse sized area. Quartz, granite and marble slabs are there. You can select the exact piece desired. Shoppers can select up to 5 samples to take home and decide whether or not it matches what they need. We chose a piece that met our needs. My biggest complaint? When I asked the price range of the marble selected. Huh? I was told that I'd have to ask the contractor. What if I didn't have a contractor? If they'd have been straight forward and transparent I would have chosen something at the upper end of my budget. I guess the upside is I will have some extra $$$ on my pocket.
