They were here at my house with in two hours and then checked my garage door, found out what was wrong with the door. Rick was awesome, I called on Friday afternoon around 3:30 or so and he was out the next day, I had told him what color the springs were ( One had broke ) and he brought a pair out and had old ones off and new ones in and done in about an hour and a half, charged me a little over 200 and he went one to his next job ---- very responsive and great service and pricing ----- would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked. read more

I had been having problems with my garage door not wanting to open all the way. It would go up about 12" then get stuck, then I would have to press the button again for it to go up. Not the biggest problem in the world but it was very annoying. I called a different local company first and I explained the problem and they did not offer any advice, they just said they would come out and look at it for $55 (which seems to be the standard rate in Yuma for a call out). Before making that appointment, I called Arizona Overhead Doors and spoke to Rick. I explained the problem to him and without hesitation he started walking me through a few simple steps to see if I could get it working on my own. After a few problem solving tries I was able to get the garage working properly on my own with Rick guiding me through it on the phone. In my opinion that is absolutely top notch customer service! The other garage company in Yuma I had called only wanted to steal my money for what was a very simple fix.
