The finish product had rocky edges and pitting all around with dark spots coming through and uneven lines, you can see the waves. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this guy. His workers were lazy , a representation of him. Walking on concrete that was already worked on. After I fired him, he clinched his fist and stormed off collecting his tools. I went inside to grab a check to pay him for the work that was done. When I walked back outside I noticed a large cavity in the concrete that wasn't there before. This guy grabbed one of his iron stakes and smashed it on the concrete while I was inside. He is mentally unstable and a hustler. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this guy.

My mobile home was in need of roof repairs -- the vents above the kitchen and bathroom, and the…read moreawning flashing over one window (where rainwater pours down the side of the home instead of over the awning and into the gutter). Daniel repaired the vents with a heavy-duty sealant/cement. He thoroughly scraped off the old, flaking sealant. He also installed an L-shaped, roof-to-wall flashing over the existing awning flashing -- the entire length of the home on one side. That eave area is now completely covered and I think it would be impossible for it to leak outside or inside the home -- so long as it stays in place. Daniel installed it with a special flashing tape and then covered it with sealant. Daniel has a strong "work ethic," a rarity nowadays, and I am thankful that he has opened a business in Yuma. He even came by one day, just to check the roof and make sure everything had dried properly. I wish him much success and happiness.

After a year and a half, several large chips emerged in between the slabs. I called them up to ask for it to be repaired under the warranty and got the cold shoulder for about four months. That is, 1.) I'd talk with them and was told that I'd get a call back or never did; or 2.) I'd leave a message and never get a call back. Evidently, they under-estimated me. I finally got a hold of the manager and mentioned the potentiality of litigation. Incredibly, he had his assistant contact me within minutes and the re-assessment was done the next day and the repairs were made in a few days. It's a shame that I had to go through so many hoops to get the repairs that I was initially promised. Otherwise, I may have given a better ratings. Still, somehow, I am content enough to give three stars.
