They come out, measure and then disappear for another year. Then they send out another estimator who measures and then disappears for another year. Latest rain destroyed my side door. I saw the problem coming and tried my best to get them out one last time. No one answers the phone and a personal visit accomplishes nothing. I guess I don't learn. They just don't give a damn.

Owner laughed in my face and said that he "wouldn't be having that employee do facia anymore." Then another employee tried to blame me for not monitoring the work as it progressed. Terrible company. I would recommend using another roofer!

Instead of acknowledging mistakes, taking accountability, or working toward a resolution, the response seems to be defensiveness and intimidation. When I mentioned that I intended to post a negative review, I felt they tried to scare me out of posting it rather than address my concerns. That response spoke louder than anything else. Do your research before deciding to do business here. Make sure to check out the negative Google reviews and their responses.

Our Santa Fe style home was built 4 years ago and I recently went up to look at the roof after the…read morelatest rains and was appalled to see what our roof looked like. There are places where the roofing material has cracked, was not applied correctly and other areas where there is exposed wood with no roofing material. Kevin came out and looked at it, was very evasive, and asked what we wanted done. I'd have thought the roofing expert could see the problems to fix. He later said it looked fine and to contact our builder. If my roof looks fine, this shows their level of work. Stay clear of this company!!!!

The finish product had rocky edges and pitting all around with dark spots coming through and uneven lines, you can see the waves. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this guy. His workers were lazy , a representation of him. Walking on concrete that was already worked on. After I fired him, he clinched his fist and stormed off collecting his tools. I went inside to grab a check to pay him for the work that was done. When I walked back outside I noticed a large cavity in the concrete that wasn't there before. This guy grabbed one of his iron stakes and smashed it on the concrete while I was inside. He is mentally unstable and a hustler. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this guy.

Westerner provided great advice and options on our project. Their deep bench of tradespeople,…read moreyielded consistent quality and pride of workmanship was evident. Management was fair, honest and sincerely cared about our project (Rather small in the scheme of things!). We had ~1300 SQ FT of Concrete; New Aluminum Metal Roof with 1.75" Rigid Foam Insulation, on both our Manufactured Home and the roofs of our Carport and Patio Room too; Patio Room was enclosed with Solar Screening, ceiling fans added, and a 9' wide Roller Screen Panel; Carport was extended in length, and the West side was Solar Screened. (Both Carport and Patio Room were basically rebuilt.) I'll note that this was in the hot months of 2024. And so far we're seeing a 20-30% reduction of AC run time, per the Smart Thermostat, due to the roof and solar screening. I, we, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Westerner. Decades of experience was evident. Value? Many times in life, the rock bottom price for an item or project - turns out not to be a good investment. We feel we made a solid investment in our Foothills home, and that over the decades ahead, the higher quality of materials and cost of the skillset to do the job right - will pay dividends via smiles of usage.

He also provided valuable information regarding possible structural issues and suggestions on other issues we had. We settled on a price and his men started work on the roof the very next day! To say we are satisfied with the outcome is an understatement. Leonard and his men were very professional and also very personable. We highly recommend and will definitely be calling on 48Solar and Roofing in the future
