They come out, measure and then disappear for another year. Then they send out another estimator who measures and then disappears for another year. Latest rain destroyed my side door. My mobile home was in need of roof repairs -- the vents above the kitchen and bathroom, and the…read moreawning flashing over one window (where rainwater pours down the side of the home instead of over the awning and into the gutter). Daniel repaired the vents with a heavy-duty sealant/cement. He thoroughly scraped off the old, flaking sealant. He also installed an L-shaped, roof-to-wall flashing over the existing awning flashing -- the entire length of the home on one side. That eave area is now completely covered and I think it would be impossible for it to leak outside or inside the home -- so long as it stays in place. Daniel installed it with a special flashing tape and then covered it with sealant. Daniel has a strong "work ethic," a rarity nowadays, and I am thankful that he has opened a business in Yuma. He even came by one day, just to check the roof and make sure everything had dried properly. I wish him much success and happiness.
