Tuesday the temp in Yuma hit 108°. My Park Model trailer, RV, Home or whatever you want to call it had it's AC quit. It soon got to 100° inside. I called Frank's at 0750 hrs on Wednesday in a panic. The guy that answered the phone commiserated with me and said he could get to my place @ 0830. He came out and proceeded to fill with Freon. Just before he attached the hose I asked what a new unit would cost. My unit was 25 years old and the guy said it's about at the end of it's useful life. To shorten the story: I bought a new unit. The guy said he would get a crew out by noon for the install. They got there at 1100 hrs. They had me up and air conditioned by 1400 hrs. Total of 3 guys worked 3 hours in 107° temperatures. The crew was clean shaven and dressed like professionals. I can't be more appreciative of the service, cost and on time performance. Incidentally the "guy" was Frank. My air conditioner was getting old. Had apparently been here since 1995. I got three bids for a new unit. Frank came in and spent 10 minutes looking around. Worked up a proposal and I told him I'd let him know. One firm was $ 500.00 over and one wanted to sell me vent covers for an additional $ 800.00. Never mind that I can buy them at the local hardware store for $ 8.00 a piece. (Needed 8!) Told Frank he could do it and he suggested a date and said it would take about 5 - 6 hours. It took 3! Not only that but he took out my old swamp cooler! Replaced the cover door for the filter and checked that the vents were all working properly. On top of that he handles the warranty registration. His group of workers were very helpful and courteous. If anyone is in the market, you can't go wrong with this company. read more

These guys are fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Had Marc out yesterday and after going over things we made the decision to just bite the bullet and replace the 13 year old heat pump. Due to my husband's work schedule we asked if it could be done this week and after some calls they let me know after working hours that yes they could do it and be here this mornings. I amazing customer service as well as incredible technical service. A small part was broken in our air-conditioning unit, causing it not to produce cold air. Frankly, they could have charged us for a new unit and we never would've knownthe difference but instead, we were charged a to and replace the small broken part.. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. It's great to find a business that really truly cares for the customers outcome. We will never use another company for heat and air in Yuma. Our air cond went on the fritz... called Franks and Wyatt showed up within a couple hours. He walked us through what he had to do to get it up and running, Was very fast and efficient ! It was during one of the hottest record breaking days in March 2026!! So glad it got fixed so fast!! Highly recommend this outfit !Their price to fix was good ! We have lived in Yuma for 20 winters. Most of that time I have used Franks for HVAC issues. When the system quit working one summer I trusted Frank to install a new system when we were gone. I trust him completely and use them for regular service. They are always very punctual, polite and honest. A/C quit cooling Sunday night. Left a message on Frank's A/C phone. Got a reply just before 8 o'clock the next morning. They had a repair unit at my house with the hour. The gentleman did his checks and found a part was no good. He even had the part on the truck and before long my house was cooling down. Always good to have honest people come to service your needs.
