We had them installed carpet 3 1/2 years ago and Justin told me they would honor their warranty their install from 2023 to stretch one room for free even now. We also needed to have one empty bedroom carpeted. They came out the two days after I talked to them and a team of two completed both tasks under 2 1/2 hours. A couple hours after they cleaned up and we're gone a representative from the company arrived to inspect the work . Seriously????
