Schedule a time for him to come to my place to get the dishwasher and load to bring to another place for installation and removal of non-functioning unit. He came on time. Took a look at the dishwasher and told me that will need repair since the hose was damaged. DARN! I was going to pay him for his time to come out and figure something else out. Jim didnt give up. His price is a just a little higher than i would find elsewhere, but no hassle, no headaches and no haggling... Jim is worth every pennies. Will definately use him again and highly recommended.
