Our Santa Fe style home was built 4 years ago and I recently went up to look at the roof after the…read morelatest rains and was appalled to see what our roof looked like. There are places where the roofing material has cracked, was not applied correctly and other areas where there is exposed wood with no roofing material. Kevin came out and looked at it, was very evasive, and asked what we wanted done. I'd have thought the roofing expert could see the problems to fix. He later said it looked fine and to contact our builder. If my roof looks fine, this shows their level of work. Stay clear of this company!!!!

They did a beautiful job! Somewhere along the way, a section of ridgecap came off. Nobody knows why, perhaps a manufacturing defect... I found the problem over a weekend when I when up there to trim trees back... Called his office on Tuesday, made an appointment for Wednesday morning. He showed up when he said he would (I repeated it twice because I am so impressed!) Saw that there was indeed a problem and told me they would take care of it! That afternoon, two roofers showed up and fixed it! The employees were pleasant and competent! My roof is fixed and weather tight! Thank You Davin Rich Roofing!

My husband and I want to give huge shout-out to Leonard at 48Solar and Roofing LLC. in Yuma, AZ…read moreWe needed a new roof and called around for estimates. I contacted Leonard at 48Solar and Roofing and he stated he could come out the same day for a consultation. After discussing what we wanted, Leonard took a look at what we were working with and was able to give us an estimate at the time of the consultation. He also provided valuable information regarding possible structural issues and suggestions on other issues we had. We settled on a price and his men started work on the roof the very next day! To say we are satisfied with the outcome is an understatement. Leonard and his men were very professional and also very personable. We highly recommend and will definitely be calling on 48Solar and Roofing in the future

He did a very thorough job of tear off and reroof and provided good advice about our skylights which have worked out well for us. He was timely and efficient, working in tandem with his father to complete the job and clean up in a few days, despite challenges in getting materials from his suppliers. The best thing about Sam was his communication. He kept us in the loop and offered us options and professional opinions to help us make decisions regarding the outcome. His estimate was not the highest or lowest bid we received but he stuck to his original estimate in spite of additional costs and even painted the ugly roof vents to match the roof. I would highly recommend Fons Roofing Specialists for any roofing issues.

Daniel repaired the vents with a heavy-duty sealant/cement. He thoroughly scraped off the old, flaking sealant. He also installed an L-shaped, roof-to-wall flashing over the existing awning flashing -- the entire length of the home on one side. That eave area is now completely covered and I think it would be impossible for it to leak outside or inside the home -- so long as it stays in place. Daniel installed it with a special flashing tape and then covered it with sealant. Daniel has a strong "work ethic," a rarity nowadays, and I am thankful that he has opened a business in Yuma. He even came by one day, just to check the roof and make sure everything had dried properly. I wish him much success and happiness.
