After looking online at other available motors; we found that ours was not top of the line. The installer left right after he was paid. We were charged plenty. We had to call and ask why we did not get a key pad or light on our garage . He told us, the new models do not come like that. Well our manual inside the motor package says the motor kit DOES come with a key pad. He has agreed to come and install one but failed to do so two times. Be careful, this company is not reliable. Over charges and fails to back his work.
