It looks like a nursery but when you walk through the rows and racks of flowers and plants it's actually a small shop where the owners had maximized the space around the shop. They have beautiful begonias, hydrangeas, phlox, lilies, and gorgeous orchids. They also have ferns, succulents, ivy, coleus and many more not mentioned here. Cheap starter plants and flowers at $1.99. Lots of variety.

I didn't notice at first, but there was someone tailing me. I walked back and forth to be certain. Soon he was just standing two feet away from me. I ended up buying some plants (which I probably shouldn't have. One had some sort of blight.) I was going to ask for help at the counter. However, they were pretty rude at the cash and it was then I realized the follower worked there. Then two of them followed me all the way to the car. I don't know if they thought my pregnant belly was a plant or something, but I was just wearing a summer dress and sandals. No where to hide anything. Plus I was holding my wallet. No purse at all. Honestly, I was scared of the two workers following me. I called my friend to tell her just in case they decided to jump me. When I got to the car, they stared at me and quickly put my plants in the back, then drive away. I have never seen such behaviour and I'm still wondering if they were planning to jump or attack me. They offer in-store pickup at the customer service desk or curbside. They give you instructions in the confirmation email so you know where to go. This location has a whole lot for itself so there's tons of parking. There are shopping cart corrals throughout the parking lot as well for your convenience. If you're looking for a bite there is a Subway built into it although there are a lot of fast food options nearby as well. The employees here are super nice. There was a door greeter that maybe was there to check if people had masks on. There was a sanitizer station by them. I pulled out my phone to look for some items and they immediately asked us what we were looking for to offer assistance. Luckily we had the aisle and bay number of the product in question so he pointed us in that direction. Maybe I just haven't been to a Home Depot in a super long time but it is really convenient to look for something online, get the aisle and bay number, and find it in store. The bay numbers are prominently listed in each aisle. I swear I've never noticed it before but it's awesome. As for the online pickup, I was a little silly and left all my cards at home since I wasn't driving or paying that day. Don't forget to bring your ID and the card you paid with!! They need that in order to confirm your order. The rep that was helping us was able to work it out for us since I was with my dad (same address) and I had already paid online. This Home Depot location was definitely out of the way for us so it would have been a real pain to come back. The product was already in this location so they didn't have to run to the back and get it or anything. Some other interesting things that I saw were all the different plants they had. There are mini sweet pepper plants that have fruits, rosemary bushes cut like Christmas trees, and a lot of really pretty poinsettias. I wound up getting one of the latter. They were $10 for a large plant with a real pot. A successful visit overall!

Am new in Scarborough, so have been looking at the closest hydroponics store. I decided to try this shop since it was the closest (I normally went to Hydrotech or Bustan). I went to pick up a bag of clay pebbles. The website said it was $40. That is the standard price at the other stores. When I got there, I had to go look for someone. There were 3 staff members. I asked one of them for the pebbles. It was taking a while so I decided to pay while I waited. The woman said it was $50. I told her the price on the website and she said it was up to me to call them to get the right price. I explained that I made a special trip just for them, and she was basically "tough"! I refused to pay and left. If the cost was maybe $5 more, I would be fine with it. But $10? I don't think so. It felt very "switch and baity". When I checked on the website, there was a notice saying to call them to check prices. What if I didn't have internet access? As well, a PROFESSIONAL business updates their websites when prices change, and doesn't put the onus on their potential customers. If you want to see it done right, check out Cantek, Hydrotech or Bustan instead. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

They have some pre-designed arrangements in the back. I was able to pick one of those and customize to what I wanted. They have a large variety of beautiful flowers and roses to choose from. They also have single roses in different colours which my friend purchased. Great customer service, they were patient and tended to what I wanted. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I spent less than $40 which was my budget. I believe pricing is affordable on a beautiful arrangement which my mom loved!

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.
