Quality food is offered that is actually good! Lw we plan on visiting again soon. Great service, friendly staff, clean restaurant and bathroom, relaxed atmosphere and good food, I recommend this place for sure ! Also the little shop next door has some really good finds ! Lots of herbs and fresh meat and some veggies too !

It was a little hard to find the restaurant, especially since the sign is not right over the entrance, but just next to it where the small market is. Look for the Winchester Center sign next to the market. Since we arrived before it opened on a Sunday, we browsed in the market until it was tine to eat. We had a reservation for 6 of us, so they seated us at the one round table near the front. There is another longer table next to it on the left side where there's a colorful mural. The rest of the tables are booths. The restaurant is spacious and roomy and very clean. You can order items from the menu or build your own hot pot which is AYCE. Everyone in our party chose the hot pot. We were each brought a small blue pot that contained the sterno to heat up the soup and the broth of our choice inside. We also placed our meat order with our server. We went to the back-left corner to grab our veggies, and some other things to add to our hot pot. Our server came by often to take more meat orders, clear empty plates, and check if we needed more broth or if our sterno needed more fuel. Our server was delightfully cheerful and friendly. She was helpful and answered all of our questions, especially when we had to choose our broths. (Forgive me for forgetting your name!) I highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation if you have a larger party. Accessibility notes: most of the tables are padded booths. If you can transfer and slide, you should be okay. Otherwise, see if you can sit at a table that has chairs on the left side. The restaurant is spacious enough to park your mobility aid (or stroller for babies) near you. The restrooms are located in the back-left corner, 2 single stall restrooms, one for men and one for women. There is enough room for someone to enter with their mobility aid and a helper companion. You can enter the restaurant without climbing a step, but I don't recall where the handicap accessible parking was since we used a regular parking space and I climbed up the curb. No one from the family is local, but my brother-in-law chose this restaurant because it's somewhere where we can meet in the middle. We all loved it, and are adding it to our rotation when we need to come together for a celebration.

We actually discovered this place during COVID when they had everything set up outside, and let me…read moretell you... they accommodated their customers so well. It was organized, safe, and still such a great experience. We have been coming back ever since. If you're wondering what keeps me coming back... First, the service is incredible. There is an older gentleman with salt and pepper hair who is always so professional and kind. He carries himself with such calm confidence and respect. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, but he truly stands out every single time. Second, the OPTIONS. The spread here is amazing. From sauces to fresh vegetables, noodles, seafood, fruit, and dessert, there is something for everyone. And can we talk about the watermelon? For some reason, it is always perfectly sweet. Every single time. I am a huge shrimp lover, so being able to make my own shrimp in the hot pot is a dream. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I like it. It is such a fun experience. Pro tip: Here is the sauce combo I put together and it is chef's kiss. In a bowl add jalapeños, cucumbers, hot chili, chili oil, sesame oil, and ponzu sauce. Then top it with fresh cilantro. It is so fresh, spicy, tangy, and delicious. You will thank me later. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable, not overwhelmingly crowded, and consistently delivers great food and service, this is the place to go. We have been loyal ever since we found it, and it never disappoints.

We went around lunchtime, so it wasn't too busy. We were seated right away. The food at the bar was fresh. The paper they give you to self order your appetizers, drinks, meats, and dessert (ice cream) is really convenient. They give a good amount of meat portions per person. And you have up to 3 rounds to order meat. The food from the bar is unlimited. They have everything from sauces, to more appetizers or small foods, a variety of vegetables, rice, noodles, seafood, and fruits. Service was great. Our server checked up on us from time to time for drink refills, to clean up our table, and to get our paper for more food orders. Such a chill ambiance here. It's a large restaurant, so even if it gets loud, you're not talking over each other during dinner. It's very spacious, so when you're up to get your food you're not bumping into people. This was my boyfriend's first time here and he really enjoyed himself. I'm glad I took him here. This is definitely a place worth checking out if you're craving hotpot.

overall: very good experience. I'd come back…read more food: we got the Gold package and everything was so good. we tried some of the nigiri and it was very fresh. They have a self serve section with veggies and other stuff to put in the broth. they even have curry and rice but I didn't get to they offer both milk tea and calpico. service: the staff were super attentive and nice. they would come pretty quickly to clear the empty meat plate. ambiance: we came on a tuesday night and had a reservation. but it actually wasn't too busy so even without reservation there probably wouldn't have been a wait. parking: parking for me wasn't bad, there was a lot of parking available. there is a parking lot but depending on how busy the yes plaza is it can sometimes be hard to find parking. bathroom: they have two bathrooms and it was pretty clean.

Interesting fact for all Chubby Club members: for some unknown reason, Yumiyaki is leaving the…read moreChubby Club. This means that after the end of May, you likely won't be able to use your Chubby Club membership there anymore and will instead need to purchase Yumiyaki's own membership. I've also noticed they are extremely strict with the time limit. For example, with a 90-minute dining limit, they may start asking for last call or preparing to kick you out around the 60-minute mark. The restaurant layout is also very tight. There's barely enough space for parties larger than 4 people. If you come with 5 or 6 people or more, good luck -- you'll probably either be seated in the walkway or split into two separate tables, whether they're next to each other or not. You're mainly getting the better quality meat from the "one per person" menu items. So the advertised A5 Wagyu experience isn't really what you continue getting if you choose the Diamond or higher tiers while dining in. Once your limited one-per-person items are finished, the rest of the menu is mostly average-quality meat. The sushi also doesn't taste very fresh, but it's still acceptable overall.
