During the phone consultation I asked a few questions about a previous year return and they agreed to look into it. Two weeks went by without a word so I followed up and they said they were still working on it and would update me later that day. No update and more time passed so I called back, no answer. Another week passed with no follow up so I sent an email with my frustrations. I quickly received a response that I would be called the next day. No call the next day. I replied to the email mentioning that no one called me and they apologized and said I'd get a call back. Still no call back and now we're in April! I decided to get my taxes done elsewhere for a much higher price due to how late I'm filing. Going through McClure financial has been the worst decision. A family member even visited their office and no one answered the door. Do not file with them. And I just pray that they properly dispose my personal information.

Would not recommend, communication was not great. Took her a week to even start looking at my taxes…read morewhich she didn't even start them till I reached back out after a week. When she told me how much I was owing she did not try to brainstorm with me to see if there was anything else that would help me, made me feel like she already received her $400 payment so she didn't care about my situation. So I walked through the TurboTax steps and was able to get myself a better tax break and when I brought that to her attention I was informed by her I didn't tell her about my kids in college when I did let her know in the beginning that my adult kids went to school full time so I didn't have proof of address from their jobs since they didn't work. After informing her what I did different in TurboTax she has not responded to me, I wouldn't think it's urgent to her since she already received her payment so I just filed my taxes through TurboTax and am taking it as a major lesson learned.
