My question was in relation to payroll and what taxes can not be "opted out" from when trying to go exempt on a paycheck. Is that not a question a payroll company can answer? I respectfully started the call saying, "Good morning, I have a basic question about tax deductions I'm not a current client as of now but am I still able to ask you a question." and your immediate response was, "Do you realize it is 7 in the morning." I'm not sure how that falls under being a "respectable professional". I was trying to be respectful and ask you if I can even ask a basic question because I'm not a client of yours but instead that was your response. I admitted that AFTER your rude comment, I replied in frustration in mentioning that your google page should be more specific especially if notary services are only available 24 hours. I'm sorry I woke you with my call, but this could of all been avoided had the information been correct. Would you want to be spoken to like that as a customer? Or better yet, as a business owner would you want to keep an employee on like that representing your company? I'm sure not but for some reason it was okay for you being you are the owner. I replied to the email mentioning that no one called me and they apologized and said I'd get a call back. Still no call back and now we're in April! I decided to get my taxes done elsewhere for a much higher price due to how late I'm filing. Going through McClure financial has been the worst decision. A family member even visited their office and no one answered the door. Do not file with them. And I just pray that they properly dispose my personal information.

So I walked through the TurboTax steps and was able to get myself a better tax break and when I brought that to her attention I was informed by her I didn't tell her about my kids in college when I did let her know in the beginning that my adult kids went to school full time so I didn't have proof of address from their jobs since they didn't work. After informing her what I did different in TurboTax she has not responded to me, I wouldn't think it's urgent to her since she already received her payment so I just filed my taxes through TurboTax and am taking it as a major lesson learned.
