Such an amazing event space for hosting any type of event. We had the privilege to have our daughter's 1st birthday here yesterday and it was a great experience. A huge television is part of the room which we used for a mini slideshow, storage room for all the chairs & tables which all come with the event space, buffet style table to serve food, restroom, air conditioned and a room to put all belongings/storage. Grant is the best! From planning my 40th birthday back in January 2023 to now enjoying a fantastic bday celebration yesterday (6/3/23), Grant supported me the whole way through and made awesome suggestions to have the best 40th birthday ever. He answered all my questions and helped me throughout the whole process. Also he catered my party because he is a professional chef and the food was a hit at my party, everyone sent compliments to the chef. Some recommendations are the kalbi, teriyaki chicken, Hawaiian garlic shrimp, Mexican lasagna, lumpia, and penne alfredo. He was very patient with me and I felt the love as he help guide me during my event. He was very flexible with set up and break down of the event as well. The bathroom was clean and kept in stock the whole time. Grant provides 15 tables with 8 seats available for each table equaling 120 seats but you are free to use it any way that you want. There's a kitchenette room with a sink if you want to store away anything or wash any items. The ambiance is nice too with decorative walls and great lighting. Aria was the perfect venue for our Baby Shower/Gender Reveal! We were looking for a venue that was central for all our family & friends coming from LA/OC/SD areas, & Aria was perfectly located close to the freeway, with more than enough parking for our guests. As for the venue details.. We loved the greenery panels mixed with the wood slats! They were such a nice touch to the overall look of the venue. The Kitchenette/Brides Room was perfect to get ready in before our event. And during our shower, we were able to use the space for extra food & gifts. Tables & chairs were also provided by the venue, so that was one less thing for us to worry about. To make our event even easier, we ordered catering by the owner Grant. He offers a range of amazing food options, including appetizers/pastas/entrees/desserts. We actually ended up running out of the Sushi Bake & Hawaiian Mac Salad! We just recently celebrated our daughter's first birthday at Aria. From start to finish - the experience was wonderful. The space truly works wonders for any type of party/event. The interior is very well decorated with green walls and slatted wood panels and the space includes amenities such as storage and a private room. Aria also provided very nice 3' x 6' tables and elegant wood folding chairs. The space is basically a perfect rectangle and it made our layout of the tables/chairs, food/buffet, dessert table, softplay zone, and backdrop panels/balloon garland very very easy to arrange. The room was very well lit with beautiful chandelier lights and the space has new tables and chairs that are all provided when booking. Aria turned out to be a perfect venue for celebrating our parent's 60th wedding anniversary. The wooden slatted wall combined with decorated greeneries of the room added a perfect touch to the decorations we brought. All the guests were impressed on how beautiful the venue looked. A very clean and modern restroom as well. Additional room to place all of our extra belongings was also a plus. Ample parking for all the guests. We were needing a venue for my husband's 50th birthday party and came across Aria on Yelp. I wasn't sold on the location at first because it was in a strip mall but after looking at pictures of the inside of the venue from previous Yelp reviews and from Aria's IG page, we saw how beautiful it was and was just party ready. We literally had everything we needed as part of the rental fee which included the tables, chairs, a private room (we used to put our personal belongings & extra supplies in), a (super clean) bathroom and monitor above the buffet table where you can run a video or slideshow during your party. There was plenty of parking for our guests and is in a great location in the strip mall. We had a DJ for our party and did not have to worry about the noise level bothering any of the surrounding businesses. The owner Grant was super helpful and accommodating. He also has a catering business which we used - he delivered the food along with the buffet set up. Looking forward to having future events at Aria and doing business with Grant again. This is a one stop shop for your event! I'm so glad I found this spot. Grant was so friendly and easy to contact. This is a no-fuss booking space. It's very clean, COOL (great AC), already nicely decorated, the price comes with tables and chairs, and you could tell Grant takes good care of the venue and his items. With the tables and chairs set up, along with a photo section and soft play for kids, we fit just over 50 guests comfortably. I know without the extras we could have fit up to 70+. To sum up our experience "FANTASTIC" It was a great space, updated , clean , and most importantly the owner Grant was amazing and very easy to work with. For similar pricing compared to local community centers it is definitely worth it. We held our baby shower here with about 60 guests, but plenty of parking, and the owner was very easy to work with. I just had my graduation party at Aria Event Space this past Thursday. We went a little over budget for the pricing of the venue but doing it on a weekday was cheaper and it ended up being better to do it on that day anyways. As for contacting the owner he does get back to you in a timely manner and you are able to go scope out the space in person as well. He walks you through all of the details that entail renting this venue from payment, catering and what you are able to put on the wall lol. Quite straightforward and easy process I believe. There are about 15 tables with 8 chairs per table at our disposal and we can rearrange the space how we so choose. We put out about 10 tables on each side used a the rest for a snack, food, and drinks table. There was also a little changing room area with a sink that allows u to see a camera view of everything going outside and such. And then there was a bathroom and the storage room. The rest is an open space. For the event hour details, you are paying the full amount of time that you are on the venue grounds. This includes your time that you take to set up and clean up. You would need to evaluate how much time you need to set up. We did ours from 4-11pm and gave ourselves 2 hours to set up and 1 hour to clean. It may have been a bit chaotic my end for prep but we definitely needed like 2 hours and 30 minutes to finish fully setting up. As for the end time we started cleaning at 9 so we took our time cleaning and finished within the hour. Also, the owner usually will let u come 15 minute early into the venue if u wanted to start already. Overall, this is a good place to host any parties. The location is pretty good and there is lots of parking after all the businesses close for the day. The owner also does catering but we liked to have our own cultural foods. Although it was nice to know we had other options. Also, he has connections and recommendations regarding party aspects like photo-booths and bar lounge furniture. If there are any other big events that need to be celebrated I would recommend this location. read more

The venue was perfect to comfortably hold our 90+ party of family and friends, including a large soft play area for the kids. A big plus for the venue is plenty of parking spaces so your guests won't have any issues. It's a DIY event space so setup, breakdown, and decorations are done by the renters. The venue provides 15 rectangular tables (seats 8) and 120 resin folding chairs. This allows us to setup the space uniquely for our party with dessert and gifting tables. Catering is provided by the venue owner IG:@grantgregoriocatering. He makes the process super easy from ordering to delivery and setup of the buffet table. It's great to have that taken care of the party planning process. We ordered the Chinese chicken salad, garlic noodles, lechon belly, chicken teriyaki, salmon dynamite, mac & cheese, veggie medley, short ribs, and egg-rolls. My wife and I found the perfect place for our Twins 18th birthday party and its local! Aria event space was phenomenal for our every need. My wife planned, organized, decorated the event herself with all the flowers, tablewares and centerpieces etc. We hired a photo booth and a awesome DJ. The place itself is beautiful. Open area so my wife could design and work her magicThe walls and bathroom had its own modern floral touch. Grant the owner made everything so quick and easy we barely even broke a sweat in preparation. He catered the party with his own filipino twist on all the favorite food we love.
