    What would I do without yelp?? I found this hidden gem, thanks to all the amazing reviews! Never been to this place before and based on the reviews, we decided to book this place for our son's first birthday party. The owner, Grant, was super responsive - made it so easy to deal with him and didn't have to worry about anything. Another plus is that he also offers catering which made it even easier (and the food was yummmmmy - got rave reviews from our guests). I would honestly say this is the first party in a while where we didn't have to really worry about anything besides set up and clean up. Sooo happy we just got to enjoy celebrating our son and be present. Another plus is the flexibility to hire any vendors we like. Overall 5/5 experience and would work with them again!

Booking this event space and hiring Grant to cater was one of the best decisions that we made! The owner, Grant, is so nice and very personable. He was very honest on pricing, portion of food for number of guest, and expectations of booking his' place. The space was very clean and decorated very well! The food was great (so good that we forgot to take pictures before diving in)! We ordered two trays of entrees/side and it was more than adequate for a party of 70+ guest. Catered food does not include chaffing dishes or utensils. In addition, we hired a shave ice catering company that fit well within the space. Only inconvenience that our party had was wait time for bathroom with 70+ guest. We love the event space and definitely would book this event space again!

    We had been to the Aria before as a guest, and when we need a last minute (emphasis on last minute) venue due to inclement weather at our original venue, I was so thankful Aria Event Space happened to have availability. Booking with Grant (the owner) was a seamless process, and he was very responsive. The modern decor (see in photos), small office space, (perfect for nursing mothers or as a get ready area) and large TV were great added touches. Lighting was also great for our photos. Another plus was being able to have a taco man outside as well as bringing our own alcoholic beverages. If I had just one suggestion, I think adding a microwave to the office space would've been very helpful. I would be happy to book this location again in the future!

    The space is amazing! Grant was great to work with, very responsive when I had questions, and was flexible with me when I asked to extend our time after signing our contract. Getting into the space and closing the space was very easy. Tables and chairs were provided which also made the planning process easier. Overall we had a great experience with this event space and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to host a party. We were able to fit 5 tables on one side and 4 tables on the other with enough space for our food set up, Photo Booth, and a small dance space in between the tables.

    We had our mom's 80th birthday at Aria and everything went smoothly. Grant was responsive and very helpful with all our questions and concerns. They also have tables and chairs for us so no need to rent. The space was the perfect size, clean and bright. Grant also caters so ordering food with him was easy and convenient. We definitely recommend and will be having future parties here.

    I booked Aria Event Space to celebrate my 40th birthday party this past weekend and the space was just absolutely perfect! After doing a lot of googling for local venues, I found this place via Yelp and I knew immediately it would be the right spot. Touring it in person just confirmed it. Grant was responsive and easy to work with, and was flexible in allowing me to visit the space a few times so I could figure out logistics for my event, including measuring the space! If you're looking for an easy venue to host your event around the northwestern OC or Long Beach/Lakewood/Cerritos area, definitely consider this spot! As someone who has hosted parties and done venue research for years, being able to book per hour without being tied to using catering or vendors mandated by the venue, is a fantastic proposition! In addition, part of the space is already partially decorated with their beautiful wood slat and planter wall! Definitely a plus! I couldn't recommend this place enough. All my guests were impressed, especially since you can essentially customize it as needed. Don't let it being in a strip mall fool you and throw you off. The inside is fantastic. Plus, there is TONS of parking space. In addition, there is a Conroy's Flowers shop in the same plaza (I ordered floral arrangements there for my event which was convenient since I could pick it up easily), as well as two liquor stores so if you need some basic party stuff, like ice, they are a quick walk away in case of emergencies! My party was pretty small, but this space can definitely hold quite a number of people. And the price per hour is pretty fair, especially if you have a non Friday/Saturday event. I only wished they had refrigeration for convenience and storage, but that's a minor thing. (I do know they just acquired a new, bigger venue with a kitchenette so that's awesome and I'd recommend looking into that if that's a must-have for your event). My event was not a sit-down, banquet style and I had a furniture rental company come in bring some lounge furniture, and also brought in some uprights to add mood lighting, so it was definitely a plus to have dimmable lights in the venue. Very useful for trying to create an ambiance inside! Although I didn't really use most of them, the venue has tons of white folding chairs and 6 ft tables (side note: the tables are 72" x 36" rather than the more common 72" x 30" 6ft tables, so if you are looking to rent or buy linens, and want it to drape all the way down to the floor, be aware that you will need something bigger than the standard 90" x 132" rectangle table covers). There is also a nice back room that you can use as a dressing or even as storage. The bathroom Is clean and spacious, and even though I brought my own amenities for it, it has all the stuff provided otherwise. Seriously though...if you need to book a venue and don't want to go the community hall or park rec center route, this is a nice step up!!! I wouldn't hesitate booking with Grant again considering how great my event turned out. I almost want to find another reason to have a party just so I can use the space again! This space is absolutely beautiful and a great place to hold an event!

    We were trying to find a venue for a double birthday celebration. Thank God we found the Aria Event Space! The owner, Grant, was also easygoing. We loved Aria's design fixtures, how it was so clean and reasonably priced, and how it had so much space. We were able to fit in all our guests for our two celebrants and a live band! The acoustics inside were just right because our guests enjoyed the music. We didn't order food because we brought food from different places. However, I would not hesitate to let Grant cater the event because I had the chance to try out his food, which was delicious. Overall, don't think twice; book Aria. You'll be happy you did.

    We have now hosted three milestone events at Aria - since our first event, my daughter's 18th birthday; we've now celebrated a high school graduation and 50th birthday parties; and look forward to the next! The customer service, support, facilities, and overall vibe is what keeps us coming back. For the last two parties we've had 80-110 guests, using all the tables / chairs, had a DJ, Photo Booth, bar and dessert table and had enough space. We did have food vendors outside and put tables away for the last couple hours to open up space for dancing. We've now worked with both Grant and his assistant and they are both so helpful and responsive.

    THE BEST! I had my bridal shower here and the event space was PERFECT. We booked through Grant and he was the best. He was super friendly and communicative. He was responsive and just helped support us all along the way. He even offered to do a tour before we booked, but we didn't feel like we needed to! The pictures were just as advertised and everything was honestly so seamless. We love the aesthetic of the venue! It was quite spacious and parking aplenty. The bathroom was also nice and so were the chairs/tables that came with the venue. The little suite to the side with the sink was such a nice area to hide all our stuff while we had our party. The bar space was the perfect size for our food. AND there was wifi as well as a TV. We played games and had fun displaying the answers on the TV using out computer. Overall, a beautiful venue! We got so many compliments. Would totally host another event here!

    Wanted to give a big thank you to Grant and Arias Event Space for meeting all our needs and making the process quick, easy and stress free! We were worried that we would not find a place to hold our gender reveal on January 26th as it was set to rain that day, however Grant made it happen for us and we are very grateful and pleased with how everything turned out!     Aria is a welcoming and nicely decorated event space that has served my student organization really well for the past 4 semesters. Not only is the owner really friendly, but also the venue is a welcoming, formal environment that can greatly house many guest. Overall would recommend to anyone!!!

    Aria is new, classy, spacious, and the best place to host an event in Orange County. The ambiance is lovely, inviting and hands down the perfect venue to celebrate, create and collaborate. The natural light from the east facing windows are perfect and the fancy lighting fixtures create great lighting for evening events. The venue is definately Instagram worthy in my opinion, from the slatted walls, the grass/moss plant walls, and...the bathroom even has perfect lighting and is very clean! Everything is included, (they even have a TV to feature slideshows etc.), tables and chairs are included, and they also provide their own cathering service to make it easier. I've been to this venue twice for birthday celebrations and it was memorable to say the least. The space can hold a great amount of people. Major plus, the airconditioning keeps the space ventilated with a large group inside. This space is perfect for summer or unexepected rain predictions. I really like the blank canvas this place provides and you can litererally create whatever your party-planning hearts desire. Highly recommend this place for any event or gathering. The perfect one stop spot for a venue and yummy food made by Chef Grant. His food is delicious and he has a menu that caters to everyone's needs. Perk: Plenty of free parking.

    We rented 5 hours for my fathers memorial reception and it was amazing. I love how tables and chairs are provided, and how there's a small side room to store extra supplies or to use it as a quiet room (with a sink!). Plus the bathroom was extremely clean , in addition with 3 large trash cans to make sure everything can be disposed of. And there are outlets on all the walls except the grass wall. The owner was also very responsive and very informative when it came to questions, and billing. The process was easy to understand and straightforward, especially on a such a short time frame. This place was so reasonably priced and just beautiful to enjoy the space in. Many of the guests loved the space and complimented it, and some even wanted to rent it out themselves for work events or meetings. Plus there is a tv to mirror share, where slides can be played or even a movie. Plus there is WiFi!! Though we did have to provide our own table cloths, runners, and table decor (which was totally fine). But we did do all of the table and chair set up, so take that into account as well. Plus we had our own catering, as the owner was on vacation (when they have they're own catering service, so hopefully that'll be easier for next time!). Once again, everyone including me loved the space and the amenities it provided, along with the ease of communication/billing. I thank Grant, Jonathan and all of his workers who helped with my event! I am truly grateful for being able to have my Fathers memorial reception here, and I know in my heart he would've loved this space as well.

    250-290 an hr depending on the day. Yes comes with tables and chairs

    Hi, yes it can accommodate 75-100 people. Plenty of space, tables and chairs provided. Reach out to the owner, Grant, he's very helpful and can let you know if that date is available.

    What is the measurement of the venue?

    Hi, Emily. Not sure what the measurements are but the space can easily fit 100-120 people. If you contact the owner, he can do a walkthrough so that you can check it out and see if it fits your event.

    We were thrilled to find a central location for my Dad's 90th birthday party that accommodated our…read more~85 guests. We booked several months in advance and planned to set up at 10:30 am for our 2pm start, so there was no rush or stress. We had no problems with access. However, I received a text the morning of the party that the balloon arch people canceled, but they were working to find a replacement. My sister arrived early to set up but couldn't find any table linens. It was only when I inquired that I was told that that vendor had also canceled. They assured me a backup supplier would be coming. I was also informed that the ice and drinks would be arriving between 1:30-2pm, while my party was supposed to start at 2!! The catered food arrived at 1:30pm as planned, but we couldn't set anything up because there were no linens. Guests started arriving prior to 2 pm, and NOTHING was set up. I asked them to make themselves comfortable at empty tables and handed out water bottles while we scrambled in our dresses! This was the first celebration ever where guests had to decorate their own tables! With everyone's help, we were able to get the party started at 2:45. This is hardly what I envisioned for such a special occasion. It was by far the worst party planning experience I've ever had compared to several company functions I've coordinated for over 400 guests! The floors could really use a deep clean, and the bathroom had an ick factor. Definitely could use help with cleanliness and esthetics. The pictures online are truly misleading. I suggest you have your own contingency plans and prepare for the worst, which is what I experienced, unfortunately. The $100 refund hardly covered the disaster and stress.

Great audio system via TV for guests to enjoy music playlist. There is a patio. Which is a nice bonus. Liked the fact there were two rest rooms for guests! The layout of the venue is fantastic for whatever event you have in mind. This venue is perfect for micro events. Minnie the event manager went above and beyond to ensure my baby shower went well. Especially when my family showed up late to help. She just swopped in and just helped with everything. I was really impressed. Service manger helped me unload everything from my car. Minnie and her team were amazing. They put the T in team work. When booking this venue just let your guests know it's the venue with the yellow roof .

I called the person I signed the contract with and she ignored my calls only texting as response. And when told the security was not there NOR inside she proceeded to tell me to check like 3x when I have multiple witnesses SEE him finally WALK UP to the door from OUTSIDE (next door) to unlock the door we needed to enter. & even the night before I was the one whom reached out to see how to go about getting the keys or if someone opening the door cos I didn't know how that worked. Me. I reached out instead of just making me aware - "hey things are good to go for your event someone will meet you tomorrow at this time blah blah" just example. Maybe im being bratty but that was pretty much the only thing that annoyed & stressed me out for my son's FIRST BDAY. Overall poor communication & business on her end. I had to ignore her afterwards to enjoy my party. & a lot of my guest liked this place as well and are considering this space. Again, I WOULD rent this space again. There's a lot to like. I just won't be going through this one person again & maybe book directly through the owner instead or one of his other people under him.
