The Warehouse is awesome! My wife and I had a baby shower here and everything went so great. Leilani was so easy to work with, the price is totally reasonable, and the venue is just a really cool place to hang out. Originally we were going to have the baby shower at a park, but The Warehouse offers two clean private restrooms, a refrigerator, and plenty of indoor space as well as a cute little patio. The perfect venue for our daughter's engagement party!! We had 50 guests & there was plenty of room for them to mingle. Staff communication was great, they were very accessible when needed. Cleanliness through out venue, they were accommodating for our set up we were very satisfied that everything was perfect. The lead up to the event Leilani and Carrie were super responsive with any questions or concerns . They were flexible in allowing me to walk the space again before the event day . I was so grateful to have found this place just in time for my mother in law's surprise 70th birthday this past week. My in-laws asked me to decorate so I was set on finding a venue that would be perfect for the dinner setup. I also was traveling from out of state so I didn't have a lot to go off of except the website for the venue space ( since I wasn't able to fly down and see it in person.)The fact that she had a personal website with a photo gallery helped so much. From what I saw, everything looked good. We were looking for a space big enough to host 25-35 people. I found this place on Yelp and immediately contacted Kara through my husband's email since his family would be paying to rent the space. She was quick to respond and answer all my questions. There were no extra fees and no extra hidden costs. She was professional and flexible to work with. I enjoyed working with her and appreciate her willingness to work with us. Everything was smooth sailing even the day of the event. The day of the event, she allowed my vendor to go in and set up chairs and tables before our scheduled setup time. She even allowed us to come in and she gave us a rundown of the place. She had these huge rugs already on the floor that covered the concrete (which I really appreciated.) the rugs came in handy because it helped fill the negative space in the room and didn't make it seem bare. She also had speaker and WiFi which was very useful and she gave me instructions before leaving regarding using both. Because I was setting up everything inside with just myself and my husband, we were stressed we weren't gonna be able to finish setting up in time. With Kara allowing us to go in, we were able to accomplish everything and get everything set up before our dinner started. The venue was clean and nice. I loved the bathrooms and the entrance room. I am so happy I booked with Kara ! My in-laws loved it and everything turned out so beautiful, especially for a party that happened last minute in the middle of the pandemic!! The outside patio was perfect. We set up a dinner table outside as well and when the sun went down she had market lights up. The only negative thing I would have to say would be that the market lights kept flickering on and off the entire night. Not sure if they need to be replaced or if there was a loose bulb but that can be fixed easily...overall good vibes, beautiful place, awesome customer service. Definitely would recommend! read more

I've now been lucky enough to attend 2 pop ups at this location. This space is absolutely beautiful and has been morphed into a beautiful Christmas pop up with several vendors and also and Valentine's pop up. I love the speak easy vibe and the open concept that allows for your creative genius to go wild! I got to meet the owner at the pop ups and she was really sweet and very professional. I booked this awesome spot for my birthday party with friends/family and let me tell you it was nothing short of an amazing venue! It was spacious enough to hold two caterers and all 40+ of my family and friends. The hosts kindly helped set up the tables, chairs, and table cloths for us. The venue was very clean, aesthetically pleasing and spacious. We didn't have one problem with the venue! They have so much to offer for rent we had to get the donut wall, the photo backdrop, as well as the cocktail tables and a dessert wall. When you first drive by this venue you might miss it. But it is well worth it when you get inside. The decor is updated and you don't feel like you are in a warehouse at all. I looked at so many venues for my son's graduation party and The Warehouse was by far the best option. The space is large enough for our 70 guests with plenty of room to move around. My decorations were simple/basic but the space had its own charm that I didn't need much. It's a great blank space for you to decorate as elaborate as you like. There's also 2 restrooms and a refrigerator/freezer which came in handy. Leilani was very friendly and easy to work with for the entire process. Email or phone call was always received quickly. She had plenty of ideas because of her experience so she helped me figure out the layout of the space and placement of decor. Leilani had all the tables and chairs set up when we arrived to set up and made sure we had everything we needed before she left. She was also available by phone if we needed anything during the time. Everyone had a blast and I had multiple people (parents and teens) tell me what a great space it was. We thought guests were going to leave early but they had so much fun we had to politely kick them out when our time was up!! read more

The owners are so great! They're super helpful and accomodating. I had my daughter's party here and the venue was perfect. It's plenty big, has two very clean, modern restrooms, large open space, very high ceilings, a large mounted tv in one corner if you want or need it, a nice private outside patio area extension, and a small kitchen area with a full size fridge to put ice or store refrigerated items (no stove/oven). The price was competitive and reasonable. They require insurance for the event, but provide easy instructions and links to everything needed. The Warehouse was able to host all of us and we had room for more, if we needed it. We were able to bring in our own food, drinks and decorations and we could use any catering of our choice. The place was super cute and Kara was amazing to work with. She met with me and answered all my silly questions leading up to the event. I'm soo disappointed with the owner of this venue, I asked her to please not post pictures of my sisters bridal shower on here because they don't belong to her hey we're taken by vendors that were the at me service and the ballon mami who we gave the okay to do so by the bride to be because she was happy with them and the work they did. The warehouse took them down and reposted them after we asked them not to do so. The day of the event it was hot they didn't have air conditioning, so we were hot and they had little nats and bugs flying in which made it uncomfortable! This owner doesn't respect ones request of privacy of pictures. She is using them because our event was the best one this places has had and now is trying to gain from it. She stressed out my sister the day of the event. She out there 3 mins before 11 am she ha a lot of things to unload from her car and didn't let her in until 11 am. Then she bothers me during my event to ask about the heat, I'm busy hosting as an owner she should have air conditioning. Then when I told her the vendors needed more time, the same vendors she asked pictures and videos from, without my consent she wanted them to set up in 30 mins I told her that they couldn't do it in that time. She did give us an additional 30 mins for set up and the poor vendors were rushing and stressing about time. She then told me to be clear that they had 1 hour to take down so we cut our bridal shower short to give them time to take down. When we talked on the phone I told her that if she would work with us I would help promote her and her response was and I quote "I don't want or need anyone to post if they're not happy with my venue"And now she wants to capitalize from that beautiful set up that no other event there has had. That's why my sister did not want her to use the pictures because she stressed her out! Not cool! If she would have been more flexible about those things it would be a different experience, she already knew that the first venue we were going to go with wasn't what it appeared and we were desperate to book some thing because of Covid the original place we want to have it was not excepting large parties. This was our third choice what a let down and disappointment. Don't be fooled. I do not recommend this place. Very strict and doesn't respect your privacy of posting pictures that don't belong to her. read more

I just recently was invited to an event at The Warehouse and I was beyond impressed. The space is beautifully decorated both inside and out! No detail has been overlooked from the vintage chandeliers, to the privacy screens on the outdoor patio. The interior space is open and has a very inviting feel. There is plenty of space for a socially distanced event to be held. In addition to the large indoor space there also is an outdoor patio space. The Warehouse is perfect place to host a responsibly socially distanced event for business or personal. I can't wait to host my next event here!! read more
