The delivery men left deep scratches in our wall, and they damaged our floors. When confronted about this, the delivery men turned aggressive, and they banged up the walls even more as they took the boxes out of the home. When I called EQ3, the were originally quite understanding, and they promised to take care of it. Later, they sent an email that required that I get **three** different repair quotes before they would "look into" covering the cost. That seems absurd - why would I call three different people to patch & paint dry wall? It's like talking to three vendors to change a flat tire. It seems like they're throwing up obstacles to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. So, in short, if you want you a new bad, a damaged wall, and a feeling of being unsafe in your new home. I strongly recommend them.

Process is straightforward, delivery is reliable, and the staff is helpful without being pushy.

If I could give our experience with Lovesac 0 stars, I would. Buyer beware you will spend $6,000 on…read morea couch to receive bottom of the barrel customer support and an attitude of "not my problem". After a lot of research on the best deep seat couches on the market, we decided to proceed with Lovesac, especially because we lived very close to a showroom and could try it for ourselves. On March 10th, we purchased a Lovesac couch with a price tag of $6,000. We were not closing on our new home until 03/29 and informed our associate that we would not need the couch before then. Not to worry, he said, even if the couch was ready, they could hold it in their warehouse and release it a few days before we needed it. When we left, we inquired again to make sure the hold was in place, and signed paperwork confirming we were going to hold the couch until we contacted Lovesac to release it. Lo and behold, we get a notification from the store that our couch had shipped and was released, due to deliver on the 23rd - a full week before we needed it. We contacted the store to advise that there was no way we could receive the couch because we do not have access to our new home. Not to worry, Lovesac said, we will have it rerouted to our warehouse. I had to call 3 times to confirm that they would not be delivering the couch because there is no way we could receive it. Much to our dismay, but not much of a surprise, the couch was LEFT ON THE SIDEWALK in front of our new home. Once I called Lovesac to inform them of this, it was a Sunday and they couldn't do anything with their carrier to come and get it. I advised them to forget it, we will figure something out on our end to resolve it. You would think this is where the saga ends, but the hits just keep on rolling from Lovesac. There was one part of our shipment of the couch that was outstanding. Wouldn't you know, they rerouted it back to their warehouse when we explicitly told them not to. Now, we don't have all the pieces to put the couch together. When I called today to voice my frustration, I was met with a manager named Alex, who couldn't have given less of f*&# about our situation and said he would need to "contact someone above his pay grade" to handle our situation because I requested that they expedite the remainder of the couch so we could have it on the day we were promised. When he said he would need to request that from his superior, I asked if I would get a call back confirming that the shipment was expedited and potentially receive some compensation for this headache, his response was "it's up to my supervisor if they want to deal with you further". When I say this is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced, it's not an overstatement. This store is clearly uninterested in doing anything other than making the customer feel that the mishaps they caused are the customer's fault. 0/10 would not buy again.

We weren't familiar with Blu Dot, but looked into them and found that they had a store in Chicago! The store is beautiful. The furniture is fun and well-designed. I really like their simple and modern furniture. Our dining room has a nordic vibe and this bench matches well. I'm really glad we were able to go to the store and see and sit on the bench in person. There's peace of mind when you know the chair will be comfortable and exactly what you want. Our only hesitation with buying the bench was the weight capacity. Since it's a bench, you can probably fit 2-3 people on it and we wanted to make sure it wouldn't collapse! Alexis was very helpful. She gave us some helpful specs on the bench, offered to get back to us on the weight capacity, and gave us some color swatches. The next day, Alexis emailed me with the additional information and we were able to place an order! The bench was backordered (on Wayfair and Blu Dot) and the estimated in stock date was March (3 months away)! So it was a pleasant surprise when we were notified that the bench would be delivered 2 months early! Alexis was saying that Blu Dot only gives Wayfair a limited supply of their items, so we'd be more likely to get the bench if we bought directly. It's so much better to buy direct than going through a middle-person anyway. The bench looks great in our dining room and it is very comfortable. It is sturdy and has a good weight to it. Highly recommend shopping at Blu Dot. The service and product quality are exceptional.
