They were even up for the challenge of moving me from a three story apartment to my own home. Only problem is they clearly damaged my 65" TV, by carrying it ONE HANDED, out to the truck. One of the movers put the TV over his shoulder, went down three flights of stairs, and loaded it on the truck. When we arrived at the new place, they brought it in together, and one of the movers wanted me to inspect it for damage. There was no damage either of us could see, but he didn't advise we turn on the TV to look for any damage. So they proceed unloading the truck, gave them a tip, and they left. About an hour later, I finally got around to turning on the TV, as thing was pretty busy with the move, and there is damage to the LCD panel. Which is NOT visible when the TV is off. I talked it over with the Operations Manager, Kevin Berry, and he said there is no damage based on the pictures I provided, and the TV company should cover the defects. After reaching out to the company, they said there is clear damage to the TVs LCD panel, which wouldn't show up when the TV is off. This would be caused by being moved incorrectly. They said they will not be helping with the TV. I sent the note I received to them over to Kevin, and he said "We will not be covering replacement of the TV. Not only was there no indication of physical damage at delivery, the TV was also off and had been wrapped with your covering upon the crews arrival. Our crew is very familiar with the proper techniques to move all items inside our customer homes, and we have decades of experience in doing so." If they have decades of experience, one of the procedures upon arriving with an electronic, such as a TV, should be to turn it on to check for damage, as not all damage can physically be seen. And my TV had a light TV cover on it provided by UHaul, that is hardly any sort of protection, and it was lightly thrown over it. This company clearly would rather protect their image and selves, than by working with the customer to come up with a solution to something they caused. They will be hearing from my attorney.

Our move with Nicolosi Moving was terrible and I would not recommend them. They did not take care…read morewith many of our items and even though we specifically asked them to take care on certain things. They brought nothing to protect our wood floors and put moving blankets down at our request but still damaged the floors by dragging furniture. They also damaged furniture that was not wrapped in blankets, even though we asked them to wrap them in a blanket and not just plastic wrap. They threw many items in boxes with zero wrapping or paper; including our lamps with the lightbulbs still in them so the bulbs broke off in the lamps. Jack Jr. never checked in to ask how things were going or to let us know the crew would be late. They were late all three days. Jack Jr. did manage to text often asking for more money. Whether it was a broken-down truck or needing to make payroll there was definitely a money issue. The crew was always friendly but only one out of the bunch did a good job packing.

Don't bother paying extra for "climate controlled". There is no difference between indoor/outdoor temperatures. It is shaded and the indoor bathroom is locked. Forcing people to urinate elsewhere...so wear a mask. The staff is horrendous, rude and lazy. Pay the extra $5 for safety and security (and your health) and rent somewhere else. I have videos and recordings of it all, including the staff.

They had a perfectly sized unit (5 X 15) for my needs and the price was very good (lower than a number of other facilities I'd contacted). The grounds of the facility were secure, clean and kept in order. My unit was fully sealed from the elements and never had an issue with leaking rain water (or anything else). In all my dealings with the manager (Jet), I found her to be friendly and most helpful. When I found a buyer for all the business items, Jet worked with me and made it easy for the movers to access my unit and load everything up. I was totally satisfied with my experience at Alvernon Storage and would not hesitate to recommend them or rent again myself in the future.

I have never received such horrible service. Long story short we were left with a huge mess in our bathroom for over two months. And a kitchen with no sink or even a temporary countertop. The one star is for the plumbing company and fabricator that we're contracted out by CCR. They were great and told us that they also hated any work with Rick or CCR. I want to say that the company would be good and we just got a bad project manager but if you call the office it's not any better. The only person that would even return our calls was Ricks kid daughter. Anyways, if you need someone to do a quick demo job I would recommend them but for ANY form of follow up, customer service, or human decency RUN from any projects with Rick or CCR.
