Before and After
Yas L.

There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have for the Bio Tucson team specifically, Jamie, Scott and Daryl. I called Jamie at Bio Tucson after being notified my mother and passed and we need to clean her home. Sadly, she was a hoarder. Jamie was my first point of contact, she was compassionate, patient and extremely helpful. We were coming from California to wrap up some things and she was able to schedule her crew to do a clean out during our time in Tucson with only two days notice. Upon the crews arrival, we were greeted with the same level of professionalism and compassion that we received from Jamie. Scott and Daryl are two very special humans. What they did for us was magical. The amount of stress and pain they were able to relive was astronomical. Because of these three people what was once stressful and overwhelming became peaceful. We will never be able to thank them enough for the services they provided. You truly could not hire a better company to take care of your "bio" needs. Thank you Jamie, Scott and Daryl. We will forever be grateful for the experience you provided during a very rough time.

Stole tools, jewelry, broke furniture. I'm still recovering from the mess they made years later.

I hired Arizona Dry Out to work at my 1954 home after storms caused a leak in my Casita. I chose…read morethis company based solely on their reviews. The company initially came out to tarp the roof and then returned over the following week for mitigation work. I became aware, after the fact, that they demolished and removed ceiling materials without conducting asbestos testing beforehand, despite asbestos requirements being something a professional mitigation company would be familiar with--especially one that advertises itself as "asbestos abatement experts." During demolition, these materials were carried completely exposed from the back of my property to the front without appropriate PPE or precautions, leaving debris throughout the yard. They also placed fans in the space for nearly a week after demolition without proper cleaning, potentially further spreading contaminated dust and fibers throughout the space. Due to them delaying estimates for repairs, I contacted another mitigation company. It was at this time that I was advised asbestos testing should have been performed before demolition. I halted further work and had independent asbestos testing performed, which came back positive. Had I not brought in another contractor, I would have had no knowledge of the testing requirements or the positive test result, and appropriate asbestos abatement would not have been performed--creating the potential for continued exposure and cross-contamination. This has resulted in significant disruption, delays, and additional costs, as well as my family, pets, and property being unknowingly exposed to the situation. I reached out to Arizona Dry Out directly because I was concerned and genuinely hoped we could discuss and resolve the matter professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, their responses became increasingly dismissive and condescending. They also misrepresented, in my view, the facts and testing results and never meaningfully addressed the primary concern: why asbestos testing was not performed prior to demolition, which was required based on the age of my home -regardless of the material they were removing. On top of this, the company provided an estimate to my homeowners insurance that was nearly 3 times the estimate the other mitigation company provided. It included line items for work that was not performed, some inappropriate for the scope of work they were hired for at my home, as well as exorbitant fees for safety equipment and cleaning that they flat out did not use or complete. When we requested a revised estimate of ACTUAL work performed, they removed literally thousands of dollars off of the estimate but still included several lines of work never completed and equipment and material never used. Had I not brought all of this to my insurance adjusters attention the company would have received payment for thousands of dollars in work that was never performed after neglecting to safely perform the job that they were hired to do, and it seems based on previous reviews that it would not be the first time. Based on my experience with both the work and the company's response to these serious safety concerns, I highly recommend not hiring this company.

They worked fast to remove the water and dry everything out before mold could become an issue. Super professional and reassuring during such a stressful time!
