The Bio-One crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous, friendly and thorough. They were very sensitive to my individual situation and needs. They removed a large amount of clutter in a relatively short time, but they all were conscientious enough to locate potentially valuable items and promptly turn them in to me. I called Jamie at Bio Tucson after being notified my mother and passed and we need to clean her home. Sadly, she was a hoarder. We were coming from California to wrap up some things and she was able to schedule her crew to do a clean out during our time in Tucson with only two days notice. Stole from me full story is on my late husband Facebook Scott Arnold. Stole from me charged $8,000 out of my insurance company for just taking out the carpet and putting a little bit of paint stole from me never wore hazard uniforms. Also if they say that you can't be there while they're working do not go after I complained about them stealing and doing a horrible job they said why didn't you just stay home I said you told me I couldn't. After they were done the foreman had a lot of nerve to ask me for my garage door PIN code because he had forgotten his bottled water. I said no of course then a couple weeks later he messages me saying he needed to come back to take dimensions what I like to know is he never came back for dimensions but they charged $8,000 to my homeowners insurance which should have only been a few thousand dollars these are very shady people. read more

Bio-One of Tucson came out to give me a quote on March 24. I was very distraught with my situation that needed cleaning. The guy said it would take a couple days for the quote with him having to discuss my unique situation with the team. I asked if he could call me the next day with an update even if he didn't have a quote yet. Well...it is April 4th and I have heard nothing... Not a text, an email, or a call.... NOTHING..... This is the second company I contacted...and I had told him the first company I got a quote from came out....I heard nothing for a week. Call them and they had to send a person out a SECOND time and then they took half a week to finally give me a quote.... The Bio-One guy knew this happened and how distressed I was and still never got back to me. read more

The owner of BioOne Tucson David Scott, is, IN MY OPINION, is nothing but a scammer. I called them out after an elderly family member had a major medical event. That family member ended up spending about 20 days in the hospital. David Scott, the owner of BioOne Tucson, quote "about $2000.00" for the clean up. They came out at the scheduled time and spend about 1.5 hours cleaning. I understand there was more time spent disposing of the material and disinfecting the truck afterwards. Insurance denied the claim, so he billed us directly for over $5100.00. There were many email discussions regarding how unreasonable that amount is and how unethical it is for the billed amount to be over 2x the amount quoted with no prior authorization. David Scott sent us a bogus bill filled with redundancy and inflated figures to try to justify the billing. When we refused to pay the exorbitant amount, DAVID THREATENED TO CONTACT A LAWYER TO COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE SICK ELDERLY PATIENT! I filed at complaint with the AZ Attorney General Fraud Division. I also called to the BioOne Franchise Corporate office, who were EXTREMELY responsive and handled my complaint the very next business day. They looked over all the correspondence and spoke to David. Corporate called me back to say the matter has been settled for the original quote and that David will be contacting me shortly. David never contacted me until the Attorney General contacted him. His response to the AG was more lies, but in the end he agreed to the original quote. Then, and only then, did he email me confirming the matter has been settled. The bottom line is that I BELIEVE David Scott is unethical, a liar and he tried to extort and defraud us while we were in a vulnerable situation. P.S. This negative review is only on the BioOne Tucson owned by David Scott. I was very impressed with the Corporate attitude and efficiency in which they handled the situation, and can only imagine that the other franchise owners are reasonable and ethical. read more

However, this company stole things from my house that did not belong to them. They took things out and destroyed them. For what purpose? I'm not sure. It has been a hassle to get answers out of them.
