These folks are absolutely fabulous! I initially used their Groupon for 1 time service and now I'm a quarterly customer. The owner communicated very very well with me and my needs. The tech we worked with, Larry, IS THE FRIGGIN MAN! I loved working with this guy! It was easy to tell how much experience he had. He was really a delight to work with and I've requested him again for my next appointment with absolutely no issues. Get some dry wall and spackle cause the customer service here will flip your wig so hard it will leave a hole in the wall! I'm absolutely thrilled to leave Terry and her team a 5 star review. Please be aware of this business. A few weeks ago I contacted Matt a technician who work currently for Arizona Bug Doctor. Matt advertises himself as technician for Arizona Bug Doctor and another pest service. If you call his cellphone you will hear Mat from Arizona Bug Doctor ( I have it recorded). Cool right? Not so fast, Matt seems to be an Angel but it doesn't take long to see him change the colors and understand he is a real con artist. Yes, he totally scammed me but that is a different story. So I post it on FB a question for the owner of Arizona Bug Doctor, he deleted the question. I will post pictures of the question and his response. I asked him again and the owner Bryan literally harassed me, threaten me and stated horrible lies, untrue things about me. Mr. Bryan i challenge to prove with facts all your lies about me, I for sure will prove mine! Mr. Bryan knew the problem, not for one second he bothered to reach me an listen to my concerns and story, not even for one second he bothered to find the truth abut his employer who is skilled to manipulate, steal and lie instead he chooses to harass, attack me with lies as well. It seems Mr. Bryan does not care what kind of people he hires and send in your houses . What a difference from the previous pest service Matt was working and was fired recently. The owner of the other company was amazing, she listen, apologized and she stated that is why Matt is not any longer with her company. I can't attest to the effectiveness of their work, but can tell you to stay away purely because of their customer service. I reached out to the company to schedule a pest control treatment on June 6th. I got redirected to their secretary who was to schedule me for June 20th. She told me on June 11th that she was working on scheduling the next day. I followed up 4 times with her what time they were coming - no response. I work M-F 8-5, so for me I need to give my employer enough notice when I need to take off. Finally two days before hand (6/18), after another email and voicemail, this time copying the owners, I finally get a response telling me 10-2. But then the owner tells me 12-3. So again I ask them to clarify what time, in which case the owner of the company accidentally responded to me saying "This woman is nuts". WOW. All i was doing was trying to find out the time of my appointment, and I'm nuts? I shouldn't have to reach out multiple times over the course of two weeks to find out what time they're coming. She tried to blow it off by saying "this woman is nutes" was in relation to the weather being nuts lately, which had nothing to do with our conversation, haha. Needless to say, very poor customer service. read more

Update: I got a message from the company saying they are willing to work out the issue and make a change. I think if a company is willing to correct the wrong then it is something to be commended. I changed the rating from 1 to 3. I didn't accept their service since I no longer need one. I strongly recommend not using this company. The most frustrating experience to even get a person on the phone to schedule an appt. Imagine trying to get them to come out. Whoever the person is at the desk is constantly not available. They are only available for phone call until 3pm a very odd and inconvenient hours. If I take my busy day to make a phone call I do not expect making multiple phones calls and couldnt even schedule a service. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!! I have made an appointment with them and they have rescheduled me TWICE with this last time saying "we will call you back when we can see you". So now I'm waiting for a call next week to find out when they can do me the "favor". I am so disappointed in this business and always try to support local owned businesses but this one is horrible! Small company, seems to have small company problems. It is 7:00 am and they are officially open now... but they say they scheduled for even earlier today. It is winter, you can't see bug activity before 7:00am. It is seemingly difficult to get appointment times. As for their service, i don't even know. Charge the same as many others. I had been a customer since April 2016 with Arizona Bug Doctor and I think the technicians are awesome, they do a great job. I have not had one bug inside my house since they have gone to spray however the billing at AZ BUG DOCTOR is another story. Recently my account was charged without my permission. I had already had multiple conversations with the staff including the owner Anna to resolve and thought everything was taken care of but much to my surprise it wasn't and they drafted a payment on the date we agreed on but then drafted another payment 2 days later without permission. When I contacted them to get this resolved I called very upset because I just couldn't understand why another payment was drafted when they had just received payment. The owner was put on the phone and I informed her that I wanted this to be resolved immediately. She pulled up my account and even after telling me that "yes she saw that there was two transactions and didn't know why that happened, she continued to try and tell me I was wrong somehow, super unprofessional and I had to ask her to please stop arguing with me that as the owner she should simply say sorry and get it corrected, she then said that she would contact their credit card company and get it taken care of and call me right back". 2 hours had passed and no call back or any communication from Anna, so I called back to check the status and she said that she was waiting for the company to contact her back, now I have work for a credit card company as well as mortgage company and I know very well that when you call and tell them to cancel and refund the transaction it does not take 2, 3 or any type of hours. It may take 5-7 business days for the money to return to the persons account but it doesn't hours to inform them that it was an error. So I told Anna that my money may not be important to her but it is to me and I do not work for people to go into my account without my permission and take my money. She said that she was going to make things right but that after that because of the way I had spoke to her that she would not longer be doing business with me and I said that's fine and Anna hung up then put her business phones to voice mail so I could not call back. They are refusing to speak with me and refund my money! I have emailed her and try calling multiple times and her staff member Amy said that she can't give Anna the phone that they took the money because of a payment that they didn't get from September and I said I have all my bank transactions and that they are trying to steal my money. Now even if I had missed September payment why would this not be communicated to me and they have gotten permission to draft my account. Also I am guessing if I was past due they wouldn't have continued servicing my home in which they did end of September and just October 27th. It's very unfortunate that businesses think it's okay to go into customers checking accounts and take money whenever they feel like it and don't correct their mistakes! The only person in the office that was polite was Kelly. I strongly recommend to never use ARIZONA BUG DOCTOR simply because the owner Anna is very unprofessional and doesn't see anything wrong when her company takes money without permission. read more

We have never had a real pest problem, but they were starting to show up a little frequently. I called the Arizona Bug Doctor since I had seen their truck in the area. The office staff was very helpful and scheduled the tech for a convenient time. The tech was prompt and explained what they could and couldn't do. The company is located in Tucson, but they are careful to provide their full service in the Phoenix area. If you are looking for "bells and whistles" choose another company. The Bug Doctor is just what the doctor ordered for us. read more

I ordered the whole house termite treatment and interior pest spray. While I was at work, master technician Aaron called right on time to ask if it was ok to go ahead and start trenching and drilling on the outside, I said yes, I would be home in about an hour. When I got home, Aaron was working, but stopped and introduced himself and advised me of everything he would be doing and the chemical being used is the best termite chemical available. I feel Aaron was very thorough, courteous and cordial. I had no idea how much work the treatment was and I feel Arizona Bug Doctor gave me a very good deal on this service. I was very disappointed in this company. Three appointments had to be set within a month because of constant cancellation from Arizona Bug Doctor. Each time I had to call the company after a missed appointment. Terrible customer service. The very foundation of good customer service is communication and this company did not have that. When life events happen, it should be the company's responsibility to make corrections, not the customer's responsibility to find out what has happened. This also should never have to happen more than once. This happened to us twice. I will never recommend Arizona Bug Doctor. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I probably would. The owner quoted me some outrages prices. It would be easier and cheaper for me to do pest control on my own 2 story home than to pay those rates. I may just pay the $40 for the same chemical and do the rest myself read more
