After my second pregnancy with twins, my body didn't bounce back the way I was used to. After two years of trying on my own, I started to feel discouraged and began accepting that this might be my "new normal." That's when I finally reached out to Suzanne and I've never looked back. She gave me the confidence and motivation to prioritize my health so I could feel my best for my family. I looked forward to our workouts and loved the strength and energy I was gaining. Suzanne is not only a knowledgeable trainer but also someone who truly understands the needs of a busy, working mom. She met me where I was, pushed me in the right ways, and helped me feel strong again both physically and mentally. Suzanne is simply the best! read more

Suzanne is outstanding! I needed to get back in shape and lose weight but honestly did not know how to do it. Having athletic experience I knew I just couldn't walk into a gym and start lifting due to the risk I could injure myself. I hit Yelp and that's how I found Suzanne. You need someone who can teach you the right way and make sure you're doing everything right; the last thing you need is to be unable to do anything for several weeks because you hurt yourself because you didn't know how to train properly. I did 16 weeks with Suzanne, 2 workouts a week. Don't get me wrong this isn't easy but you need that person that's going to teach you, push you and hold you accountable. That's exactly what I got. It's a home gym so you're not going to have anyone around looking at you or any sort of distractions. It's just you and Suzanne putting in the work. Scheduling is easy because once you sign on your days and time slots are yours. There's no hopscotching around and juggling things to make it work. WE did have to reschedule a couple times but that was easy. I ended up dropping about 15 pounds and this the best I have felt in YEARS. If you need nutrition guidance Suzanne can do that too It's one-stop-shopping for those of us trying to improve ourselves and live a healthier lifestyle. read more

Suzanne is the best! She understands your fitness goals and works with you to achieve them. She is personable, and cares deeply for her clients and the relationships she has with us. read more

As a dance teacher, I am picky about any kind of movement instruction, and Suzanne lived up to/exceeded my snooty high standards. She met me where I was every week (pushed me when she saw I could handle it, toned down the workout when I was coming back from a bad cold), so I consistently felt an authentic sense of accomplishment. It's a blast to work with someone so passionate and knowledgeable about her work! ALSO, I just went to a gym and used the scary weight equipment for the first time without feeling like a total imposter and wow does that feel incredible! read more

I started with Suzanne 3 months ago and I've been extremely happy with my experience. As someone who has never lifted before or followed a nutrition program - I was intimidated, but Suzanne was patient and so kind and ensured I felt comfortable with each step. As a fitness trainer, she motivates you in the best way. I've never felt stronger and I give Suzanne all the credit for pushing me to hit my potential. She is extremely knowledgeable on nutrition and keeps your goals aligned to your lifestyle (which is so appreciated). In addition to being a top notch trainer, she is super sweet and so easy to be around! I highly, highly recommend Suzanne if you are looking to make a positive change! read more

I am so thankful for Suzanne Argenal! In just a few weeks, I am already starting to see and feel results. I gained a lot of weight during Covid and working from home, and this year I am turning my health around, with Suzanne's support. She is teaching me to eat properly (more than I was eating) and I don't have to starve myself. I am sleeping better, have more energy and a positive outlook on my goals. We workout a few times per week and meet to talk about my Nutrition. I truly look forward to my workouts because she challenges me in a healthy way to go beyond what I think I can do. read more

I've been working with Suzanne for almost 6 months and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Just like everyone else, I started the year with some lofty fitness goals and knew I needed some assistance in achieving them. I was so lucky to come across Suzanne and have had the best experience partnering with her. Her knowledge in nutrition, along with body movement, is unparalleled. Most importantly (for me), she's a mom of two with a busy schedule, so understands the chapter of life I am in, but doesn't allow that to be an excuse for not achieving my goals. Over the course of 6 months, I am down almost 20lbs, close to my pre-pregnancy weight - but more importantly, back into a consistent fitness groove that allows me to be the best version of myself, both mentally and physically. If you're ready to put in the work, Suzanne is the best in the business! read more

Suzanne is truly an incredible coach! She has helped me transform my body in a sustainable and maintainable way! She is so positive and supportive and always there to answer questions. She is also very realistic about weight loss and the hard work it takes which helped me set realistic expectations and meet them! I cannot recommend working with Suzanne enough! read more

I absolutely love working with Suzanne! She customizes my workouts to target the areas I feel self conscious about but she also pushes me out of my comfort zone to get an all over body workout. I also really appreciate that I always feel safe and that Suzanne focuses on letting me listen to my body - which is super helpful because of my ongoing back pain. I would highly recommend that everyone go see her regularly. She is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable PT who gives her all to every client and session. So happy to have found her! read more

My partner and I have not worked out in a looonnng time, and it was starting to catch up with us. So we found Suzanne about nine months ago and have been training with her ever since. It has been an absolute game changer! She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The workouts are never the same and always hard, but she knows how to motivate us to do our best without pushing us too far. As a result, we are SO MUCH stronger and have way more energy. read more

This is the first time I have had a personal trainer. I was a bit lost when I found Suzanne and her training programs. Suzanne is a mom and knows what it takes to go through post-partum recovery, every physical and nutritional nuance. She set my training goals realistically and knew exactly what to do and how to push me to get stronger every day. Suzanne makes a daunting transformation process easy to commit to long term. read more

I started with Suzanne in December virtually. I've worked with a few other nutrition coaches but she is the first who truly seems invested. Meeting weekly over video chat has made such a difference in feeling supported and encouraged through out the process. My main concern when hiring someone was finding someone who would stay invested and Suzanne has done that and so much more. She validates my feelings while giving me tips and encouragement along the way to stay successful! read more

Suzanne is such a fantastic trainer and coach. I walk away feeling confidently stronger and accomplished after each session. She is your biggest cheerleader yet pushes you to your limit. I can't recommend her enough. read more

I have had a very unhealthy relationship with food for years. With trying to loose weight and exercise, I have either been 100% all in or 100% all out. There has been no in-between and because of that it's hasn't been sustainable. It took me a couple months to decide to work with Suzanne, but it has been the best decision I have made for myself! One of my biggest hurdles that i built myself was setting unrealistic goals. The first talk I had with Suzanne we set up certain goals, I was so excited and ready to get back into the game that I threw out pretty extreme goals for someone that hadn't worked out in years. Suzanne helped me find a healthy pace, and I am so glad she did!! I would not have succeeded with the goals I threw out and it would have left me feeling unaccomplished, yet again. With each goal that I accomplished, we would slowly add on more. Life ended up becoming very overwhelming while I was working with Suzanne. There were several days that I physically didn't have the time to hit my steps, or I didn't eat how I know I should have, and Suzanne let me give myself grace! She helped me see the long term picture and that life will happen. How we handle life's obstacles is where we gain the strength to continue moving forward. Suzanne has taught me that making mistakes happen, we're all human and imperfect. And for the first time in a long time, I have seen the mistakes I've made, learned from them, and kept moving forward. I have finally learned that weight loss doesn't happen overnight. It ebbs and flows and that's ok! read more

Suzanne has been phenomenal with helping me learn new habits with both exercise and nutrition. This is the first time I have ever used any type of 1:1 coaching and initially the idea made me so anxious, but I decided that I would never get new results if I didn't try something new. So much of her coaching has created "lightbulb" moments for me in regards to how I eat especially, and also giving me the confidence in the gym to not just go straight to the treadmill and call it good. She's never made me feel dumb for being such a newbie and her genuine encouragement has made a world of difference. I'm so thankful I made the decision to start working with her three months ago and I can sit here now, 12 weeks in, and look at the changes I've made. read more

Suzanne is a pro! The most under-rated thing about a work-out is how you feel afterward. After our work-outs I feel like a million bucks. Certainly I'm also tired, and sore because the workout kicked my ass, but ultimately that's what you want! Suzanne's vibe is the perfect mix of charisma, technical aptitude and fun. Thank you so much! read more

I've known Suzanne for years, and have watched her blossom into an incredible wife, mother, and now personal trainer. So when I wanted to get back into regular movement and strength training, I knew she was someone I could count on to get me to my goals. In a short period of time, I've gained muscles back that I had lost during my postpartum period, and am more confident in my body (which was my only goal!) She's so knowledgeable about what workouts to do depending on your goals and abilities. I have a knee injury and so she programmed workouts that kicked my booty into shape (literally) without having to do traditional squats/lunges. She's also trained in how to specifically work with pregnant/postpartum women and knows what to do and not do depending on what you've got going on (e.g. pelvic floor issues.) She's always positive and generous with her time. I have a 2 year old who tags along to my workouts and Suzanne has toys to keep her occupied, which is beyond helpful. Bottom line: Suzanne is an amazing, motivating, compassionate trainer and I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking to train with a true professional who's also a mom and GETS IT. Thank you Suzanne!!! read more

Suzanne is amazing! When i started with her I hadn't really gotten in to a fitness routine since i had my son 2 years ago. Her knowledge of postpartum fitness was incredible. Her workouts kick my ass without making my weak areas, like knees and lower back, ache from pain after. She made me feel very comfortable, eased my anxiety around working out, and i genuinely enjoy my training sessions. Highly recommend!! read more

If you're anything like me, you've been battling with your fitness regimen your whole adult life--having exhausted all options from SoulCycles, OrangeTheory, whatever the hottest yoga classes are, that uber cool Equinox with the refrigerated eucalyptus towels, CrossFit, etc. so many countless things! And like me, you've probably found yourself getting really into these activities for bit but then found yourself with monthly subscription costs that hadn't been used for months. Then onto the next thing. I'd grown up playing sports most my life so this "workout thing" was always a natural part of my routine or what I was doing for fun anyway. Then adulthood hit, and you realize life is not that carefree: now you have to tend to your career, raise kids, pay for your mortgage, move away from that Uber swanky gym or class. Every second of your day has to be meticulously planned and you're looking for the greatest return on every ounce of energy you put into your day. After finding myself working myself to the ground and gaining over 20 pounds during the pandemic, I knew it was time for a change. Not to mention, I was sitting most my day and constantly picking up two heavy toddlers so my back was a complete mess--so much so that it required physical therapy. I wasn't able to stand for long periods of times, running exacerbated the pain, and picking up anything let alone the kids was impossible. And then I found Suzanne...and my life has never been the same since. She is more than a personal trainer; I'd consider her a life coach in many ways. Suzanne has completely changed my perception of exercise! It's been about 4-6 months since I started seeing her 2-3x a week and I don't think I ever want to go a week without seeing her again. She prepares every single workout in advance and continues to tracks my progression in weights lifted so I'm gaining both stamina and strength. Not only does she puts so much thought into what parts of my body I work out, when, and how hard...she's also super flexible and has no problem adapting on the fly based on how much sleep I got the night before, whether I'm traveling for work, how much (or little) I've had to eat, and the time since my last workout. Not to mention she is certified in yoga, pre- + postpartum training, and nutrition planning so it's amazing how holistic her approach is. For Suzanne, it's not just about getting me skinny (which prior to her was my only goal in life); it's about a happier, healthier, and more balanced life. The results have been much more than meets the eye. Immediately in the first few months my clothes immediately fit better but over time I noticed my anxiety gradually going away, I became TIRED at the end of the day (my mind used to constantly race + keep me up), I started feeling overall happier and much more present around my family (and especially my kids), and I'm able to think through work problems with more clarity and focus. The best part is how much stronger I feel doing everyday things. Things I used to take for granted: picking up my kids when they fall, playing WITH them at the park (instead of idly watching them from the side), walking long distances with one sitting on my shoulders, longer walks/runs in general...so many countless things I didn't realized I missed. THAT is so much more valuable! Not to mention--Suzanne is a total sweetheart, supportive friend, and badass role model of a working mom herself!! Having her in my weekly life is so much more valuable than that gym or class membership subscription go by that isn't taken much advantage of anyway. If you're even at all considering a personal trainer, consider yourself lucky to have come across Suzanne's page. I could not recommend her more!!! read more

On top of being an amazing trainer, she is so kind and easy to get along with. I truly enjoy hanging out with her during our sessions which makes the tough workouts all the more enjoyable. Suzanne is the best coach/trainer a girl could ask for. She really gets it. As a mom of two, who works full time I needed someone who understood working and being a mom. It's hard to prioritize yourself but Suzanne really met me where I was at. She listened and put together a custom program to achieve the goals I wanted. So much of loosing weight is consistency and lifestyle change. I wanted to loose the weight and be done with it for good. Not a fad diet that I couldn't sustain. I wanted a long term solution that I could live with. Suzanne delivered! Highly recommend her!!! read more

I do not have enough kind things to say about this sweet lady. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, technical, friendly trainer, do not miss your opportunity to meet with Suzanne.. I (age 24) did not have a great relationship with fitness, being incredibly shy/nervous to workout with anyone else, not knowing what I was doing or even where to start. I knew I wanted to find time for my health & that's when I met Suzanne! I immediately met with her & she asked every question, finding out what not just my fitness goals are, but also my nutritional goals. During sessions she makes you comfortable & keeps you motivated. While giving a focused workout/good burn, she is so helpful in correcting technique as well as demonstrating what she asks of you. Amazing with all kinds of fitness, from yoga to weightlifting, she's got it! Her instruction & passion for what she does really shows & I recommend Suzanne to anyone in ANY level of fitness! I will be seeing Suzanne for years to come! read more
