Roughly eight weeks ago my wife finally convinced me to give TFX a try. Though I was not entirely enthusiastic, I agreed to give it a chance. They just happened to starting their Summer Fitness Challenge. Needless to say, it was one of the most profound and impactful decisions I have made in a long time. In the nine weeks since starting, the changes I have undergone have been nothing short of extraordinary, and people are noticing. The workouts, though challenging, are excellent. The patience of the staff, the atmosphere of the club and the motivation to progress is second to none. TFX has been a true difference maker and I cannot thank the staff and coaches enough! read more

This was my second 6 week challenge with TFX. My first one was a little over a year ago and I dropped 15lbs. I had signed up with the gym for 6 months but I quickly fell off the wagon and ended up gaining it all back plus some. My head was not in the right space. I made lots of excuses as to why I shouldn't or "couldn't" go. As my 40th birthday approached a year later I decided to do it again. This time losing a little over 17lbs and I had a shift in my headspace. I was ready for the commitment to myself and I signed up for another 6 months at the gym. I had to find what worked for me. The first challenge I was going to the gym after work which was horrible. It's hot, i'm already tired.. So this time around I switched to mornings! Class started at 5:45am (5:00am now!!) I get my workout done and I am a happy camper. The workouts are great! They really push you but there are modifications given if you need them. Also, time flies in the gym. These workouts are fast paced and get your heart racing. It's a good combo of cardio and weights. The coaches are great, Ale' , Felicia, Gaby and Ashley- they have formed a great supportive community where I am making new friendships and feel like I belong. I used to hate going to the gym.. now I look forward to it! read more

Are you craving community? Positive energy? Support? Looking to find an inclusive and supportive place? Do you want to feel incredibly strong and like a total bad ass? Then this is the place for you. A little over three months ago I walked into Transform FX for my first class. I was incredibly out of shape and was really seeking to get back into being physically active regularly for the first time in 6+ years. Coach Felicia was incredibly welcoming and supportive from day 1. I remember during my trial period I mentioned to her - I want to join but I'm concerned I won't be able to stick with it. She said "you're already showing up - you've been showing up all week"... that gave me the confidence to join a 6 week challenge which totally changed my life. For the first time in over a decade I consistently workout 4-6 times per week. The community, coaching, positive energy and overall vibes are what keep me coming back. This is now a habit. I am 40 years old and I am mentally and physically stronger than I was 10 years ago. To say this place has changed my life is an understatement. I am so thankful for the entire TFX community. I have found my happy place! read more

I completed the program and lost over 20 pounds in 6 weeks, which I'm very proud of. The challenge had a clear structure with guidelines around meal timing, protein intake, and food combinations, and I did see strong results when I followed the plan closely. The nutrition portion would have been even more helpful with clearer explanations of the reasoning behind the guidelines, as well as earlier access to that information prior to committing to the program. At times, there also seemed to be some inconsistency between the food guidelines shared in different places, which made it a bit difficult to know what was best to follow. The program does require a high level of consistency, and my cohort of 3 was smaller than expected, so it didn't always feel like a shared group experience. That said, the coaching staff was a highlight--Gabby and Felicia were excellent, and the gym environment is very positive. Overall, it was an effective way to kickstart my return to fitness, and I would continue attending classes at the gym in the future. read more

TFX is a game-changer! My friend Grisel and I were looking for a new group personal training center, and TFX was the first place we tried thanks to their 7-day free trial. From day one, we were blown away by the energy, the supportive community, and especially the amazing coaches. I had never done circuit training before, but the workouts were so well-structured and motivating that I actually looked forward to going. We signed up for the 6-week challenge, and as of 10/04, I'm proud to say I lost 21.8 lbs! I honestly didn't think that kind of progress was possible in such a short time, but the coaches were with me every step of the way -- they made me feel like I had a personal trainer focused just on me. The attention, encouragement, and accountability at TFX are unlike anywhere else. My friend and I have now joined as full members, and we're so excited to continue this journey with our new fitness family. If you're looking for real results and an uplifting environment, TFX is it! read more

Joining TFX has truly been life-changing! Before starting, I felt stuck--overwhelmed by motherhood, work, and life--and had completely lost motivation. A friend pushed me to try TFX, and it was exactly what I needed. The coaches truly care; they reach out personally, hold you accountable, and make you feel seen and supported. The meal plan was delicious and helped reshape my body from the inside out. I lost 11 pounds and several inches, but more importantly, I gained confidence, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose. The energy here is unmatched--positive, motivating, and genuine. It's not just a gym, it's a family. I'm so grateful to have found TFX and can't wait to keep going on my journey. Thank you, TFX fam, for reminding me what I'm capable of! read more

I am SO glad I joined the 6-week challenge. The workouts are super challenging, but so much fun. I love that every day is a different workout, focusing on different parts of the body. After 6-weeks, I feel energized and so STRONG. I lost 27lbs in 6-weeks, following the provided nutrition plan and coming to 5-6 classes per week. Everyone here, whether coach or fellow transformer, is so nice and supportive. I'm glad I found this community and this awesome gym. I'm now officially a member and plan to continue on this healthy journey! If you're thinking about joining, do it! You won't regret it! read more

The long search is over! My husband and I found an exercise community, workouts, and places that fit our needs. I love the station exercises! They help me concentrate more and don't bore me. Coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. No pressure and judgement-free in this place. I love it! I wish they had a big mirror for my selfies so I could see my progress with them and share it with the world. Lol! I've tried several studios and this is the best. Great community members, very supportive group of people. The workouts are 45 mins, and they vary from day to day and week to week so it never gets boring. Don't be fooled by a 45-min class...they are challenging, and also come with modifications to accommodate various fitness levels. And the coaches are great people - very motivating, engaging, and just wonderful to be around. There's a reason why this place is a yelp favorite. read more

Finding this fitness center and signing up for their weightloss challenge was the best thing I could have done for myself. I used to be very fit and active but I went through a tough time where I unfortunately stopped taking care of myself. I let my stress and my ability to justify any negative behavior get in the way of caring for myself. I joined Transform Fx to kickstart my health journey and get back on track and I'm so grateful I did. The team/staff are amazing, so supportive, and just great people to be around. Every day the workouts were different, challenging, yet fun. The coaches also do the daily workouts and are super supportive with any injuries. I originally only planned to stick it out for the 6 week challenge but have fallen in love with the atmosphere at Transform Fx so I ended up joining as a member and I'm so excited to continue on my health journey with their support! I couldn't recommend them enough! read more

TFX is the only place that truly works for me. I first joined during their 6-week challenge in 2017, and I successfully lost 20 pounds and kept that for years - thanks to their consistent workouts and diet guidance. Eager to feel healthy again, I returned in 2024 for another challenge and became a member in 2025. The coaches are outstanding, and the community is amazing--everyone is united by a shared goal of living a healthier lifestyle. We're so fortunate to have a local business dedicated to helping people achieve their health goals in such a fun and inspiring way. read more

Like many people I gained weight during Covid. I fell into a very negative headspace and was becoming increasingly hard on myself/ my body without taking the step to better myself. In February, I felt like I was at my breaking point. Enough was enough so I started looking up local gyms and programs on Yelp. I decided I needed to break this negative cycle. TFX stood out to me immediately. I saw real people with real results in all shapes/ sizes/ ages. I decided to take a step for myself and join the 6week program. From day 1, I've felt nothing but support and good vibes from the entire community here. During my first week one of the members told me "good job during the workout and showing up for yourself". It was short conversation but it was something I really needed to hear. That I was doing something good for myself. In addition to great fellow members, the coaches and coordinators are also wonderful. They listen and they are there for you whenever you need. They are also very motivating and supporting throughout the entire process. Through the experience I've built better habits, physical strength and my mental health has never been in a better place. For the first time, the number on the scale isn't the most important thing to me. I ended losing 7 inches around my waist. I look and feel great inside out. I loved it so much I joined as a member during my weigh out. I highly recommend this space, the tough but rewarding workouts and community! read more

3 challenges, 18 weeks, 64 pounds and 10 inches off my waist later I freaking did it I've learned so much about fitness, food and myself since the beginning of the year and again it was not easy but nothing that's worth it in the end is easy. I'd argue that this was probably one of the hardest things I've done, my mental strength was tested every single day, I kept telling myself "do not deviate from the plan" "if it's not on the list you don't eat it" I couldn't have done it without the constant support from everyone at TFX, the constant support and encouragement is unmatchable and for that I thank you! #Chooseyourhard read more

Joined their 6 week program to get started with a healthy routine and they did not disappoint. The goal was to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks while cutting out junky food and adding exercise. What I found after actually starting the program was one of the most supportive coaches I've ever had along with an absolutely awesome group of people. I had issues keeping up with the daily eating schedule due to my work hours but Ale worked with me to help figure out how to make it work. I had issues getting to the gym during the hours they were open and once again, Ale helped me work around it. They offer recorded classes so you can stay on task as well as cookbooks to help out. I wasn't able to lose the 20lbs but I lost just shy of 11. What I gained though was a great workout routine and the diet really opened my eyes to how poorly I've been eating. In the 6 weeks I lost 10 lbs but the following 2 weeks I've lost another 4 solely because of adjusting to the routine. Absolutely awesome place and I HIGHLY recommend this gym read more

Great gym. If you're in the concord area long term and looking to lose a few pounds or looking to just exercise in a group setting I recommend going through their Transformer bootcamp to get a better monthly price. It will be worth the cost in the long run even if you only lose 5 - 10 pounds (membership price will be lowered per pound lost). The trainers are great. The community is motivating. The thing I liked the most is the trainers set everything for the exercise circuit up for you before you arrive so that all you have to do is show up. If you're big on accountability and an avid Facebook user, they have a group that you will be invited to for encouragement and can ask questions in an open forum format. read more

UPDATE: I just completed round 2 of my challenge and I'm incredibly proud to say I've lost a total of 40.8 lbs in 12 weeks!! I've learned so much about eating right and staying in shape. Even with the challenges of the holidays, I was able to stay on track by eating right, staying active and keeping my thoughts positive. There were times where I felt like cheating and eating a slice of pumpkin pie and I remembered how hard I had worked to get to this point. Not easy, but with the support of my TFX family, I was able to push through. Best decision I've made with the best group! YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO! Thank you TFX!! read more

I joined Transform FX Fitness for their 6 Week challenge to lose 20 lbs because I needed to make a positive change in my health. I'm over 52 yrs old and I need to prioritize self-care if I want a worthwhile quality of life. In Transform FX Fitness I found excellent coaching and a supportive community. I was concerned that being post-menopause would be an obstacle to meeting the weight loss goal plus I have some sports injuries and a back injury that inhibit my movement. The coaches at TFX helped me accomodate my movement restrictions and I lost 22.5 lbs in 6 weeks by adhering to the challenge guidelines. The work-outs have a lot of variety so you don't get bored and the coaches always help members with form and motivation. I feel great and I'm looking forward to continuing to work out with Transform FX and their amazing community of coaches and members. read more

Life changing for me. I've tried it all. Community, strongest I've ever been, sleeping better than ever. I'm 43 and one of my biggest struggles is flair ups. Plantar Fasciitis, tendonitis in my knees, bursitis in my hips (oh the joys of getting old!). I've been a member or challenger for nearly 6 months and have had none of that. It's because of the extremely knowledgeable owners and coaches crafting warmups, stretches and workouts and monitoring your form. Makes a huge difference for me. And I have a team of experts I can ask just about anything when it comes to nutrition, fitness, wellness, supplements, you name it! So grateful for Ale and her team! read more

Transform FX Fitness is the best thing I ever decided to do for myself. This community of amazing coaches and members pushed me to stay focused, have faith in the process, and have truly helped me find me again. If You Want To Change Your Life Once And For All.. Just Join This Gym I sit here the day before my weigh in after completing this 6 week challenge and just reflect on how much has changed in such little time. Let me give you some background, this is a gym which anyone can join and do classes daily that help tone and strengthen the whole body. But this is also a gym where you can embark in a 6 week challenge to lose 20lbs. I decided to do the latter because I had dropped weight on my own and gained it back and honestly I was tired of weight yo-yoing so I decided to take the leap and challenge myself to push past my comfort zone. I started this challenge at 184.6 and the goal is 164.6 but like I mentioned I won't know if I made it until I weigh in tomorrow but wether I reach the goal or not I still feel like I'm leaving here winning. My mindset has completely changed and strengthens when it comes to food. I have learned discipline and now have the consistency to follow through wether I see the immediate results or not. I wouldn't change the experience for anything. Just remember this only works if you do the work and are ready to change mentally, physically and emotionally! you want to reach your fitness goals and change to the person your meant to be, I think you should come check out TFX. P.s. forgot to mention they go over nutrition an are always willing to help ! read more

I honestly couldn't wait to write this review. I'm currently on medical leave from the 6 week challenge but I miss all the people, the coaches and most of all the workout! I think a lot of boot camps are out for the money but Ale (the owner) and her dedication to her members is unmatched. I'm not going to lie, week 1 I did hate her, hate the concept. I didn't think it was sustainable. Just so many negative thoughts but I stuck with it. Within 3 short weeks I had already lost 15lbs (I'm including the last time I stepped in a scale a little bit before I started the challenge. They deserve all the credit) The meal plan, the workouts, it really helped me keep an accountable and organized schedule. I cannot wait to get back in there to finish my challenge. I think my challenge right now is maintaining due to my injury but I'm still eating healthy so it is a sustainable challenge after all. I love love love this place and will definitely consider making this my permanent home. read more

TFX is a 5+ star Bootcamp and I'm so proud to be apart of it! Through the whole pandemic I was always saying "it's time to get healthy, it's time for a change" and two years later I still never made that change until 6 weeks ago. I had a good friend push me to join TFX and it's been the best decision I've made for myself in a long time.TFX is a wonderful and powerful community filled with such amazing and supportive people. I love this gym so much. I signed up for their 6 week challenge in September 2023. My main goal was to find a good workout routine that I enjoyed. Consistency has always been my downfall. The coaches are all fun and awesome. read more

I did the 6week challenge, lost 14 lbs love my results!! I'm going to continue stay strong and encourage others along the way.

The workouts are challenging but so rewarding! Definitely super helpful for those who don't know what to do or how to do things at the gym or home workouts. Every day of the week there are different areas being focused on which I think is great to have workouts already pre planned for you in advance. Everyone working out including all the coaches are super friendly & supportive. I've lost weight on my own before and after gaining it all back + more, this time around I really needed realistic long lasting structures & guidance & that's exactly what I got from the 6 week challenge program! Every time I finished a workout I felt super accomplished & never regretted showing up. Not only does it test your physical limits but also your mental. As long as you stick to the rules & don't allow a slip up to define you or your progress & you keep going & moving forward you will certainly see progress & feel better overall. Regardless of how long the journey takes, in the end choosing to better yourself comes with its challenges but most importantly it's highly rewarding if you choose to keep doing good & showing up for yourself. I definitely look forward to seeing even more progress with the tfx fam being an official member & becoming obsessed with bettering myself ! :) read more

However, it was NOT easy but the motivation and guidance from the TFX family made my experience 10/10. Before starting the challenge, I felt stuck, I knew I wanted to make a lifestyle change but I needed a push. After completing the challenge I was amazed by the results. I'm at a happier, healthier and better place now! I decided to continue my journey with TFX and become a member. 6 weeks made a difference, I can't wait to see what is in store for the next few months!! Starting weight was 154lbs, currently at 138lbs and on the road to 120lbs - 125lbs!! I HIGHLY recommend TFX! Lost the weight and feel great. The last two years I've packed on the pounds by making bad food decisions while at work. Even doing Crossfit a few times a week made me stronger, but I seemed to keep getting heavier. So I decided to try something new. I walked in and signed up for the 6 week challenge. I followed the plan, ate good, did class 4x per week. I lost 22lbs in 6 weeks. I went from a size 42 waist to a size 34. All my clothes fit again. The key is listening to the awesome coaches and following the plan. You will need to eat clean- no drinking, no cheating. The hardest weeks are week 1 and Week 6. Plus getting $500 for completing the challenge keeps you motivated! Thanks Transform FX Fitness! read more

I decided to join the 6 week challenge and it was the best choice I have made in a while. After so many months of spotty attendance at a gym and fluctuations in weight I was finally able to see results. It was such a struggle the first week, but it became easier although always challenging no lie. I am definitely proud of myself for the progress I have made thus far and the dietary restrictions were hard at first but in a way this made the challenge easier since I knew what I definitely could not have. This experience has definitely helped me to recharge that will to be a healthier version for myself but also that longing to want to workout regardless of how early it may be. It was not an easy 6 weeks but I now have the necessary tools to succeed and a great support system to push me to reach higher goals. If you want to reach new goals in life consider this new habit and make it a New Year's resolution. Thank you Ale, Felicia and Mireya for all yours words of encouragement. read more
