I have been going to ITG for 2 years now and I love it! I can literally consider my coaches as family and the friendships I've made from just going to class are unbreakable. I've met so many amazing people and mothers trying to get there bodies back. When I first started I gave it my all and somewhere along the way it did get hard and I became very inconsistent with my meal and my training and every moment that I fell off or wanted to quit there was Bob and Blanca trying to get my to come back. Plenty of txt messages as to why I was missing class. They really do treat you like family! They know what they are doing and jotting falls through the cracks. They push and push and you will see the result day in day out. Consistency really is key! Love you guys both!

I have been a member for ITG since last December going on for my 1 year! Absolutely the best gym I have been too by far. The coaches are AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend anyone who has been wanting to start the weight-loss/strengthening program. I was very skeptical when starting as it looks intimating but with the all the great people that workout there it makes it more comfortable and you definitely feel more confident especially because the coaches Bob and Blanca keep a very close eye on everything to make sure we are properly training and correcting our forms as we continue to improve. You will most DEFINITELY see results as I have with my own body. Come check out Iron Therapy Gym for a trial if interest! #BodiesByBobSoula

Joined the program about six months ago and I'm so happy I did. Not only am I looking better I'm feeling better. Bob helped me not just get where want to be physically but is continuously helping me to make this a lifestyle. The meal plans are great and it's a lot of food not a starvation diet like most places offer , and he tailors them to you personally! The work outs are super fun, they are usually a group work out where you have the support from your piers and can motivate each other. He makes it fun and sometimes even competitive, but fun competition. My favorite is tug o war! And when ever I have questions about food, ways to stretch or anything he always is there to help and is actually pretty good at responding despite the amount of clients he has. Bob is truly dedicated to his work with us and has gotten to know all his clients on a personal level from what I can tell, he really cares and is passionate about what he does and us. I would recommend working with bob if your serious about getting fit and not just losing weight and want to live a healthier Lifestyle !

9 months progress.

With reassurance from the owner (whose phone number was on Google), it was indeed open for business, I was excited to get moving for my Friday workout. I was introduced to the owner and other people who showed up for the class and I could tell they were regulars. The place looked pretty legit as you know I love legit gyms :-) I was asked to disinfect the bottom of my shoes as street shoes aren't allowed on the floor, since we laid on them for floor workouts. That made me feel better because I ain't tryna rest my head on a floor where people before me don't know where to walk sometimes and you don't know where they come from ahem, SF CITY STREETS!!! This was my first Bootcamp class in a long while so I was pretty thankful that Virgil (owner and trainer) allowed me to modify my workouts. It was a damn good sweat and I had great energy the rest of the day.

This review is long overdue. I started my fitness journey 6 years ago and I've been in and out of…read morevarious gyms depending on where I live and where I work. I have to say out of all the gyms I've been to: FBBC, UFC, Planet Fitness, The Camp, and many other local family owned gyms, Concord fitness boot camp aka Fit Body Boot Camp concord has been the absolute best! I lost weight but the change was not just in appearance. I actually felt stronger and could notice the difference in my strength. My energy and endurance was like my teen days. The crazy part is appearance wise this gym has been the least impressive. But Virgil makes the small space functional and you really don't need much more than this. When I showed up for my first trial the location made me hesitant. Virgil's customer service was great and he made me feel welcomed. The other members were friendly and there were all ages and body types. I stayed and loved it. Everyone was extremely helpful and motivating. They all push you to finish your reps, to keep moving and not quit, and if you struggle they make you feel okay with modifying while teaching you ways to work on it until you can one day do what you're struggling with. It was hard but it seemed like within days my body learned how to handle doing sit ups and push ups. Another major part is nutrition. Virgil helped me with a shopping list and meal ideas. He is respectful but also doesn't sugar coat. With each weigh in he reminded me what I needed to do to stay on track. I also learned how to count calories. If I still lived in the area I would see about joining again. If I didn't give it 5 stars it is solely because of the cost. When I went it cost around by $300/month. Is it worth it? Yes. Is it affordable and feasible? No. I could not keep up going there as it was too much for my budget. Pictures for comparison of cheeks and chin when I first started in March to September

This one is for people looking for a little more insight other than the commonly praised music, community, and coach (all which I agree with of course!). Some context, I was a regular to Crunch classes and was looking for a place with heavier lifting and more of a challenge. All of my workouts are morning ones, either the 5:30 or 6:30. The evening ones and teachers I'm less familiar with but everyone is great. That said, I do think these workouts are best for those with some exercise experience under their belts. We do various exercises which helps keep things interesting, but there's a lot of basics (deadlift, chest press, squats etc) that would be helpful to know prior to coming. You can still be a beginner though and even someone completely new to everything will be welcomed with open arms. Also, get the app and be sure to book classes through there. The workouts are fast paced, and the very first few might feel like you've walked into a tornado. The coaches start with a warmup and then will give you a rundown of all the workouts before starting. It's a real test of memory , but if you forget, others and the coaches will always help. We count on each other for that. Each day is a different workout with a unique purpose, but they generally are medium-high intensity and HIIT (high intensity interval training) or AMRAP (as many reps as possible) style. I'll go over them, but keep in mind these are the 5:30/6:30am classes. The late morning and pm classes are probably the same but I can't really speak for them. MONDAY - Upper and Lower - this is a time to get a full body strength session in, and is my favorite day. No cardio, just the opportunity to go a little heavier. The coach is currently Ciera and she's amazing. So fun, knowledgeable and kind. TUESDAY - SWEAT - cardio lovers, this is one for you. It's the most despised one for me and many others , but the highest calorie burner and a key day to work on agility and those fast twitch muscles. WEDNESDAY - Booty Blast - don't let the catchy name deceive you , this will have your whole lower body burning. It's a day when we go heavy on legs. Usually done in an AMRAP style, this one is a good one to find a group with similar experience and weights. THURSDAY - Cardio, Core Chest, and Triceps - this is a good one if you want a little taste of the cardio work, but also get a solid chest and tri workout. FRIDAY - Back, Biceps, Shoulders, Core - another welcome strength day that feels like a nice relief from the higher intensity work. You will still sweat, don't worry. SATURDAY - AMRAP - it's a full body strength and cardio session. Again, the AMRAP style is most optimal if you look for a group in a similar strength and fitness since you will all be using the same weights and moving through them quickly. Expect all classes to start with a 5 min warmup, and then end with everyone sharing responsibilities of spraying down the equipment and sometimes putting it away. Chris, the head coach is really great. He's very kind, easy to work with, and really knows his stuff. I am constantly impressed with how well balanced the workouts are, and how he manages to keep it interesting and fun! The gym is also very clean, and there's ample parking. I haven't done a dexa scan in a while, but in the first 6 months I lost 5.6% body fat and gained 2lbs of muscle. I'm only ~110 lbs for reference. Overall, I recommend Everfit if you're looking for a spot that is consistent yet interesting and fun. The community IS great, and even though there's not a lot of time to chat, Chris hosts social events and I know a lot of people that have found very solid friendships through the classes. Come try it out! There is a 7 days for $7 pass on their website, or some people use class pass to see if it's a good fit. Hope to see you there!

These workouts are fast paced and get your heart racing. It's a good combo of cardio and weights. The coaches are great, Ale' , Felicia, Gaby and Ashley- they have formed a great supportive community where I am making new friendships and feel like I belong. I used to hate going to the gym.. now I look forward to it!

I even liked the music she chose which was a sort of EDM/country mashup, and that is saying something because I generally dislike country. And she actually said during the class that she was trying something new and doesn't usually do country and probably wouldn't again. But! It was surprisingly good. The studio was also very clean. It is one of the studios that if you don't have the upgraded-studio type of membership that some locations have, you have to pay the $10 extra fee. They had a small selection of things like spray, deodorant, tampons, makeup remover cotton pads, the standard shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower... Speaking of the shower, it was such an amazing shower. Their water pressure is incredible and felt so good after the workout. The studio itself felt really spacious. They have 16 stations (whereas my home studio has 14) and it seemed like I had plenty of room on the floor, and there was a little more space between the rollers, then at my home studio, which was really nice.
