Megan presents her program as highly personalized and empowering, but in reality, much of it felt generic, I was often given AI-generated responses and workouts, despite paying $275/month. At one point, I tried to express how I was feeling emotionally and physically during the process (not to quit, just to be honest), and instead of support, I was met with defensiveness and eventually dropped as a client.
It became clear to me that her approach leans heavily on marketing to women's insecurities, encouraging more spending at her gym rather than fostering real, individualized care or long-term support. She's incredibly present in the beginning, but the attentiveness fades over time.
I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision. Working with a trainer should feel collaborative and grounded in mutual respect, unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. read more
