Once we got off the elevator we were impressed with the beautiful aesthetics and the entire space overall. I can't leave this review without letting y'all know they have happy hour during the weekend! Yes, that means you can experience some of the regular menu items at basically half the price! With that being said of course we had to try the "Caviar Bump" that comes with a shot of tequila (Blanco or reposado) and Close to Midnight. With shots and drinks we were definitely ready for some good eats. I went with the Crispy Whole Snapper with an Ají Amarillo Aioli and Peruvian Salsa Criolla and my friend had the Mediterranean Branzino with Artichokes, Salsa Verde, and Romesco Sauce. For sides we shared the Pomme Puree (whipped mashed potatoes) and broccolini. Honestly, this may be the first time in a very long time where I have zero critiques/no complaints (10's across the board)! I hate that I can't remember our servers name but she was so nice and took her time to answer any and all the questions that we had. With the stellar service and delicious food, Giselle has a new customer and I will most definitely be back to visit again when I'm back in Miami.

I stopped in for lunch after a work meeting and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I needed a "steak break," so I opted for the "I Can't Believe It's Not Carbonara"--and I have zero noodle regrets! The zucchini substitute combined with a delicious carbonara sauce meant there was no concern about the lack of traditional pasta. The zucchini more than filled the role, and I certainly appreciated the caloric savings. The chicken was also well-cooked, flavorful, and moist. I especially loved the tableside delivery and the unique touch of being served directly from a colander. The order isn't huge, which I appreciated, it felt the right size for lunch without weighing down your afternoon. Now, there were likely no calorie savings with the Serrano Ham Croquettes, but they are small and easily shareable if you want to spread the love. They are a true step up and a legitimate treat compared to run-of-the-mill mozzarella sticks. The decor kitsch continues right until the end--the check arrived in an old-school lunchbox! The staff were great throughout the meal, making for a seamless and enjoyable lunch.

I was actually running extremely late to the reservation time but they still honored it and my friend was seated immediately. When I arrived, I was famished so we ordered a bit of everything to start - the vitrola. It's their Cuban appetizer sampler with empanadas, plantain chips, croquettes, and others. It is a great way to try a bunch of items. My friend and I also ordered the ropa vieja and the Cuban sandwich to share. The ropa vieja is life changing - order it, you will not be disappointed. So flavorful and tender! The cuban sandwich was also really good, but a bit cheesier than others I have had. There was a ton of live music happening in both the front and the back of the restaurant. It is a very lively, fun place. The only downside is because it is so busy, the service is a little on the slower side but honestly who cares. The ambiance is pretty standard sports bar vibes -- nothing particularly memorable or unique, but comfortable enough for game days and casual hangouts. Food-wise, it felt average for a sports bar. Nothing stood out as especially delicious or something you would come back for on its own. It's more of a place to enjoy drinks, watch sports, and spend time with friends rather than a destination for food.
