We ordered our food and waited a whole other hour to get our food. She said she had accidentally sent our food in boxes to door dash. Food was good but took 2 hours to get. Something's changed here, our most recent experience was pretty disappointing. We generally order pizza to go here and while it's a bit more than other places we felt it was worth it. Had been a while since we ordered here. Ordered a combination (pepperoni, sausage and some veggies) to go. One large pizza with a 15% tip was $46.00 !!! The pizza is excellent, but even so is wayyy overpriced. Especially considering that the portions definitely run small; pizza sizes read as though they were measured by....a guy bragging about a different kind of measurement. I'd be surprised if the "12 inch" is even 10 inches and if the 14 inch is even 12 inches. Which means you're essentially paying 30 bucks for a small pizza (plus or minus cold/stale ambiance and mediocre service). Hard sell when I can walk into dominos and get a bigger pizza with the same amount of toppings for 8 bucks. Pretty good food, decent service, waiter seemed a little off but I couldn't put my finger on what. Sorta like always wide eyed and looking at us all the time, a weird thing to happen. Went in for dinner. Ordered a large pizza. Looked at the wrong price for the pizza. I got the bill and was shocked. $41 for a large pizza with waters and no salads. $41 for a "large" pizza. I selected a 20% tip on the machine but asked the waitress about the price to see if there was a mistake. There was not. She said she'd just bring me a check and put an x for my signature on the machine. She charged me for the 20% tip and signed for me without me giving her permission to sign for me. The food is good but extremely overpriced for what you are getting. I have come here before with family and this is the second time having problems with the service. Sorry Steve - I think this is the best thin crust pizza in Davis County, and possibly the state of Utah. I know I need to get out and try a few more to make sure, but my first run at the place was great.... a little pricey, but worth it if you like hand made local pizza! We (the wife and I) had the White pizza with garlic olive oil and Alfredo sauce, artichoke hearts & Canadian bacon.... wonderful!!! I had them make one of my own creation with the pink sauce (red & white together) with pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, olives, onions & green peppers.... amazing. Really the best thin crust I have had in the state and the second best I have ever had in my life - We really enjoyed it. They also have a wine & beer license and carry a nice selection of both. They have 2 Italian beers they went well with the pizza.... which is a big plus for me! We love arella and love the food but the waitress Amber was very rude. Upon arrival she wasn't friendly, our pizzas were ready but she was talking friends at another table that our pizzas got cold and they had to make new ones. She even blamed the cooks for us not getting the pizzas when we could see her talking to her friends. After eating she told us we could get our checks then went to talk to the friends for 15 minutes until my husband stood up and she finally got them. This place is surprisingly trendy! The decor is sleek and modern. The atmosphere in the restaurant makes you forget that you're in Bountiful and not a bigger city. The service is always quick and pleasant. My water glass is nearly never empty! I've been here a few times. I really like the pizza, but it is a little more than you would pay for take-out somewhere else. I have also gotten the garden salad and added chicken. The chicken is flavorful and delicious. Their pizzas are clean and I like the assortment of toppings offered. Service is almost always good and the beer menu is pretty good. It's a very sanitary establishment and even when it's busy, it doesn't get too noisy or bogged down. I smell good management. This has been our go-to pizza place for a few years now. The pink sauce is incredible, and they have the best ranch ever. This is my favorite thin crust style pizza around. This place is delicious. There are two reasons why I didn't give this 5 stars. 1. Every-time I have gone in there it is super noisy. Kids are screaming, which isn't the restaurants fault but they could have picked a different building that could have prevented that. 2. It is somewhat pricey. We came here on a Thursday night around 7:00 pm, not too many people in there, probably more crowded on the weekend. Super cute inside, I love the decor! No one was at the front so we did wait a minute but once the hostess came around to us she was very friendly and sat us in a nice, comfy booth close by (right next to the bar where you can see the cooks making the pizza & throwing it in the oven!). Once we were sitting there for a bit I noticed she helps serve the appetizers and what not so that's why she wasn't at the front waiting around. Our server was kind and our drinks and appetizer came out quickly. The Bruchetta looked pretty and was delish! Didn't wait long for our pizza and it was very good! It's sad when the decor is more impressive than the food. Whenever I go to a new pizzeria, I get the Bruschetta as an appetizer and a Pizza Margarita because they are Italian basics and I think that those dishes give me a good idea of the restaurant quality. When the Bruschetta arrived I thought it looked a little skimpy. I've gotten a lot more Bruschetta for the same price at many other restaurants. I look a bite and the first taste I got was delicious, sweet grape tomatoes and I didn't care that the serving wasn't large. Then I tasted the Brie underneath! YUCK!!! I guess I didn't read the menu closely, otherwise I'd have ordered it without Brie, but it absolutely ruined the dish for me. If that was my only complaint, I'd have given them at least 4 stars. It's not their fault that I didn't read the menu closely. But the Brie was nothing compared to this: there was some chopped basil as a garnish so I had a bite and I tasted black licorice! They were obviously using Thai Basil! What are they thinking!?!?! Did they think I wouldn't notice the anise- black licorice flavor? I was absolutely appalled! Even if I liked the flavor of black licorice (which I truly hate) I wouldn't like it on a Pizza Margarita! Is the buyer utterly stupid and doesn't know that there is there is a difference between Sweet Italian Basil and Thai Basil? I'm still so annoyed by this! In an ITALIAN restaurant, you use ITALIAN basil! Other than the food, I had issues with the staff. They came across as lazy, and there were too many of them. As a matter of fact, the only other occupied table in the restaurant was staff, which I thought was extremely tacky. The waitress was mediocre. I voiced my disappointment with the hidden Brie and the basil and she never apologized or asked if I'd like to try something else. I felt like the camera crew of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares should be there filming the overabundance of staff standing around looking stupid while the one table of customers complains about the food. This pizza restaurant was a lot fancier than I imagined it was from my husbands description. We are new to this area and he wanted to take me to his favorite pizza place in bountiful. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. I had a delicious raspberry Italian soda and shared a delicious entree of mozzarella sticks with my husband. They were definitely made from scratch and had delicious melty mozzarella cheese. We shared the white pizza which was incredible. I recommend taking clients to this place or your family. I had been really looking forward to trying this place tucked in next to a Lowe's in Bountiful. I went on an afternoon after a long day of work. I walked in and this place is beautifully designed and I really love the atmosphere. However, when I walked up there was no hostess upfront (it was not busy at all). Finally a girl came up around the corner and didn't smile, greet me or anything. She just starred at me and made this awful face. Finally, she asked how many. It was just me. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It made me not enjoy my initial judgement of the place and was just awkward in general. Her name is Amber Lee. She seemed like she really hated her job. I got seated and Liv was my server. If it wasn't for Liv I honestly don't know. She was like a ray of sunshine. Just professional, kind and very attentive and friendly. She was great. I ordered the homemade fried mozzarella sticks. These were delicious. I highly recommend them. I ordered a small Arella Pizza which contains pears, pecans and Gorgonzola cheese. It was good, but the spinach or arugula on top (not sure) was tossed in a dressing but was room temperature. It just wasn't fresh tasting. I probably would of loved the pizza more minus the greens on top. It was about $25 without the tip and I had plenty of pizza to take home. They have a decent wine and beer list. They had plenty of desserts too. They have specialty pizzas, some pastas and a good selection of salads too. Overall, mixed feelings. I might try it again down the road and hope that someone like Amber Lee isn't the first face you see. For now, I will venture out to other places and give them my business before coming back for round 2. read more

We stopped in this cute little restaurant on our way to Snowbasin from SLC. The pizza was fresh and delicious. They offered numerous lunch specials for every palate. The ingredients were fresh, the quality was great and the service was really nice. I had the pink pizza and thought it was really yummy. My friends ordered various different pizza, some with pepperoni others veggie pizzas - everyone really enjoyed their food. It is expensive but they put time, thought and energy into making a good product and it has always been consistently good. This is a place I would like to see succeed as good pizza in Utah is rare and I would be sad if this place didn't make it For the owners: I would give it 5 stars but I think their wait staff could improve, they either come across as kind of snotty, uncomfortable or awkward. How they should act is when someone comes in the door is greet them with a big smile, be genuine about it, and don't stand and linger or stare at your clients as their eating or text message where clients can see. They should hire people that are comfortable in their own skin, have confidence and smile a lot naturally, not a fake smile. It's not that the service is bad but the people hired that seem a little awkward in the food service industry, maybe a little training and development might help.
