Her customer service was truly amazing. We arrived when there were two birthday parties happening making the place a bit....busy. However, Sam made my small party of 3 feel welcomed & included. She took the time to explain everything clearly and kept the atmosphere fun. Although Sam was amazing, I also have to say that I was able to witness the other employees and how well they took care of the birthdays. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that every guest was having fun and felt included. It's rare to come across a whole team who puts that much effort and enthusiasm into their job, and it made our visit memorable. Thank you for the amazing service and positive attitude. Employees like this are a huge reason people want to come back. Highly recommend this place because of the exceptional staff!

Also, I must add that this location is super clean, well organized and one of the best D&B locations I've been too. They have 2 mini golf courses: 1) pirate themed and 2) castle themed and both of the courses are really well maintained and have really cool features and tons of different obstacles. They have two different miniature golf courses to choose from, which is nice if you want to come back and try a different one another time. The prices are great. I believe we paid around $13 per person for one course, which felt very reasonable. Even though there were quite a few people playing, we never really had to stop and wait for the groups ahead of us. The course had some really fun holes, and the weather was perfect - beautiful outside with a nice breeze. Once you finish, you can simply drop your putter off at the window, so the whole process is quick and easy. They also give you a loyalty card that gets stamped each time you play, and I believe after five visits you earn a free game, which is a nice little bonus. Overall, this was an affordable, easygoing, and really fun way to spend the afternoon. I would definitely come back and try the other course!

Next the free arcade games were included in the purchase of skyzone jump hours, now they cost a card and most games are now 8 pts which is equivalent to 2 dollars? Once again GREED at its finest!
