I came here around 3 PM on Labor Day, and it ended up being such a fun afternoon activity! There is plenty of parking outside, and when you arrive, you walk into the building to check in and pay. They have two different miniature golf courses to choose from, which is nice if you want to come back and try a different one another time. The prices are great. I believe we paid around $13 per person for one course, which felt very reasonable. Even though there were quite a few people playing, we never really had to stop and wait for the groups ahead of us. The course had some really fun holes, and the weather was perfect - beautiful outside with a nice breeze. Once you finish, you can simply drop your putter off at the window, so the whole process is quick and easy. They also give you a loyalty card that gets stamped each time you play, and I believe after five visits you earn a free game, which is a nice little bonus. Overall, this was an affordable, easygoing, and really fun way to spend the afternoon. I would definitely come back and try the other course! read more

My son and I visited a few weeks ago on a busy Sunday but the pace was very fast. The majority of the holes were taken care of and a few extra challenging which was fun. Staff was friendly and quick to answer questions. There are two 18 hole course & we only did one that day but will definitely come back soon for the other one read more

The last time we played miniature golf (over a decade ago!), we recall many of the holes at the courses we played showed signs of severe wear with torn/missing carpet; this course was impressively clean and well maintained. There are two 18-hole courses offering amusing scenes, fun facts, and entertaining holes (which aren't overly frustrating). Partial price list is, as follows: Adults 18 holes: $13.00 36 holes: $19.50 Children Ages 12 and under | Seniors 18 holes: $10.00 36 holes: $15.00 Outside food & beverage is not allowed; however, there was a coffee truck in the parking lot. Junior is a great ambassador for Pelly's; his positive attitude and energy, friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness certainly added to making this first experience an enjoyable one (winning helped, as well)! Fabulous find... reviving our enjoyment of playing mini golf, again! read more

We had a lot of fun reliving our childhood with miniature golf. This is a super convenient location with plenty of parking. We were there around 10 am on a Friday and it wasn't crowded and we were able to start right away. Most people go to the adjacent driving range. Options include playing 2 courses 18 holes each. We opted one course and leisurely played the well groomed course. It was fun and low key. Staff were very nice. read more

We came on a Saturday afternoon in June and it wasn't that busy. You can pick one of two courses, and people are all really kind on the course and try to keep a good pace. There's a lot of seating options as well as plenty of parking. There is also a concession stand to buy food. I would definitely come back because I thought that each whole was creative and the decor is also really cute - and fun for both adults and kids. read more

Pelly's Mini Golf is tucked away on the east side of the Del Mar Racetrack and features two separate 18-hole mini golf courses. I stopped by on a Saturday around midday, and it was definitely busy. There's also a regular driving range, and putting green in the same area, so the whole spot has a fun golf-centric vibe. The mini golf itself is a great option for a date or a family outing. Most of the course is in really good shape--there are a few rough spots here and there, but nothing that takes away from the experience. Each hole is themed, named, and brightly colored, which makes it more engaging, and there are some solid obstacles to putt through. When it gets crowded, things can back up a bit at each hole, so expect some waiting during peak times. There's also a small snack bar on site where you can grab food and drinks, which is a nice bonus. Pricing is around $17 per person. Overall, a fun and lively mini golf spot in a great location. read more

Two putt putt courses to choose from that each have 18 challenging and creative holes. Fun for the whole family and they even have a super short putter for your toddler to take a turn. Friendly people in the shop and a good time was had by all! Easy parking as well and there are other golf related facilities like a driving range available too. read more

Our family had such a great time at Pelly's Mini Golf! It's all outdoors, which made for a really refreshing experience and the timing was perfect to catch a beautiful sunset while we played. There are two fun and well-spaced courses, along with a driving range nearby. One of the best things about the layout is that the holes are spread out enough so you're not right on top of another group, it feels relaxed and never crowded. We also appreciated the plentiful seating between holes, which was great for resting with little ones or just soaking in the nice weather. The course includes cute little facts, fun jokes, and educational tidbits that kept our kids entertained and engaged as we moved through each hole. This spot is a hidden gem, affordable, laid-back, and truly family-friendly. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area! read more

My husband and I visited Pelly's Golf on an early Sunday afternoon and had a fantastic time! While it seemed crowded, the flow of the 18-hole course was impressively smooth--we never felt rushed or had to wait too long, which was a pleasant surprise given the number of families and children enjoying the course. Beyond mini golf, they also have a snack bar, a putting area, and a driving range, plus the option to rent a private section for birthday parties. It was our first visit, but we'll definitely consider coming back with friends in the future--maybe even try out the driving range next time! Plenty of parking is available, but since this is a popular spot, the large lot does fill up on weekends. Overall, a great place for some fun and relaxed competition! read more

Staff is nice and easy to talk to and the place is really fun! Perfect for date nights

My fiance and I had a little date day and decided to stop by Pelly's Mini Golf after hitting at the range next door. - PARKING - Private lot, tons of spaces! - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - We only had time to do one course, but it looked like if you bought both courses, there was a big discount! We ended up choosing Surfin' Safari as it looked like less people were on it. They put up Christmas decorations which was a nice festive touch, and I liked how they also had music playing in the background. - EXPERIENCE - 18-holes ($13.00pp): The holes were sometimes a bit too straightforward and didn't have much variety, but we still had fun nevertheless. There were a few times when a hole-in-one didn't seem possible but we ended up sinking it in! Everything is very clean, no trash to be found. - OVERALL - A fun date spot just to let loose at, or a spot to take your friends/family to for some lighthearted activity. read more

If you're into miniature golf, you would absolutely be in love with this miniature golf amusement center. Make sure to check into Yelp when you visit so you can get a 2nd round for free! This place is incredible with beautiful sculptures of whales, sharks, and more for each putting hole. Such a great place to do plenty of photo ops. The parking is FREE and the BEST part about Pelly's is that 1 round of miniature golf costs $11.00 read more

Always have a great time bringing the kids to play mini-golf here! We will definitely be back.

Service: very chill staff that honored yelp check-in Course: we were able to go through both mini golf courses. I do feel a little more effort could be made in decorating the courses, but overall everything was well kept. We paid about 52 dollars for 4 people for 18 hole course but with yelp check in, we were also able to do the other 18 hold course as well. We spent about 2.5 hrs taking our time to navigate both courses. Be wary of the neighboring driving range though, someone had swung their driver over to the grass on the mini golf side where we were playing, luckily no one was hurt. read more

I went twice in a row. That's how fun this place is. And I suck at mini golf. Lost both days. I went with my friends the first time for a double date and then my mom and brother the next day. Great for all vibes!!! This place is so beautiful during sunset, as you can see the sun go down. The vibe is so welcoming for all experience types- professionals and amateurs like me!!! The mini golf is sectioned off so you don't have to feel bad watching the professionals in their pits and both little routes are so cute. We did the ocean adventure one and the rounds are so unique. We did 18 holes both days and the price was very fair. $10 for adults, $8 (or maybe $7) for children. And 18 holes, that's a good hour of good vibes with friends. I will say it gets a little warm during afternoon time because there's not a lot of shade. But sunset time is so beautiful and romantic 12/10. My most favorite part: they sell dip n dots by the register. Great for a little pregame. And post. They also give out punch cards for each visit and I already have a free game for next time :) I would go tomorrow tbh if I were free. read more

Pelly's is the perfect place to putt putt in San Diego. We absolutely loved the "surf" theme at each hole. It's fun for adults, kids, even babies! I brought my 9-month-old daughter with me in the baby carrier. There's plenty of space for a stroller, but I don't recommend it because there's some bumps you have to go over when moving hole to hole. If you don't mind it, go for it. You can't beat the price to play here. $10 for 18 holes (per person). There's beverages available for purchase, but no outside food or drinks allowed. read more

Nice and well kept mini golf. Been there 2x with the kids who have enjoyed it. Definitely will go back. One thing about West Coast mini golf or maybe it's just the courses that have been built in the last 10 years, but when I was a kid on the east coast, the mini golf courses had more holes with moving obstacles and such. Nobody has those anymore! read more

Amazing place for our family to spend 3 hours. We played both courses, 2 adults and one child, under 10, is $36. We were allowed to bring our daughter's snacks on the course, cheeze-itz & a banana. They do not allow lunches (sandwiches). Staff was friendly and informative. The course has a few tough holes but the majority of holes are quite straight forward. My 8 yr old had two hole-in-ones! On our first course we had absolutely nobody in front of us and we zipped through 18 holes quickly. On course #2 we were behind a family of 4 and the pace moved smoothly. I would recommend a visit. We started near 11AM on a Saturday and finished near 2PM. This review is for anybody who wishes to hear my opinion... read more

Yes, go! It's fun for all ages. We have gone off and on over the last 20 years. We just went on a double date there before our dinner out a few nights ago. Love this course! My girlfriend always beats me here though that's the only downside. Other than that I love it!

Pellys is such a gem in San Diego! The mini golf courses are pretty big and creatively made. The parking lot is huge so no worries there, and the price is reasonable. We went at night and it was such a fun experience. Overall it's clean and the workers are welcoming. Excited to come back again :) read more

Pelly's was so fun! Came here with a group of friends and we had so much fun. There are two courses with 18 holes each. We checked in on Yelp and got the second course for free. It took us around two hours to get through the first course due to there being a few large groups in front of us. We got through the second course in about an hour due to it being less crowded. There was a good amount of people around 5-6 pm when we came and it did get a bit crowded. It was much more fun around 8 pm since there were not many people and we did not have to do much waiting. I love that this place is dog-friendly. We brought our dog on the course with us and she had a great time watching the golf balls. Everyone was respectful of each other's turn on the course, and the group behind us waited until we were finished before placing their ball on the course. This place serves canned alcohol and there are stands placed throughout the course so you can set your drink down. We saw a few parties being hosted as well. Pricing is great for the value. read more

Came here to say on a Thursday afternoon and had a great time. The have two courses that are family friendly. There are some benches throughout the courses. They also have a food shack/kiosk for cheap eats like mini pizza, burgers, sno cones, fries, beers, ect. Parking was easy and free. Cost of 2 courses for two adults is around $30. Not sure about kids. Would look d return. read more

I have always wondered what was down this road next to Del Mar and now I know! Good amount of parking even though it shares with the Volleyball and tennis areas. This is a great facility, clean, and well taken care of. $11 per adult to do mini golf. You can buy the 36 holes at the start or pay the difference after the first 18 holes. They let you choose your ball color which I enjoy. There are two themes and both 18 holes long. This was a Saturday afternoon so it was busy but we weren't waiting long for each hole. We had a lot of fun! We were done after the 18 holes so we shot our balls back into the final hole to be returned. Clubs go into a bucket at the window and then you can exit. They also offer putting and long range golfing as well! read more

One of the cutest mini golf, I've ever been to. Absolutely love the ocean/surf theme. Came here for the first time after a friend recommended it. The cost was surprisingly reasonable at $10 per game. they also give you a punch card so if you play often they'll give you free games. There are two courses, and you can choose to play one or the other one or both. We only played the one side since I lack patience. The course was extremely fun and interesting, even for a terrible, unskilled golfer like me, it was still a lot of fun. I really liked all the features. overall, the course was not too hard, kid friendly. Fun time for kids and adult alike. read more

Really nice mini golf course, and much larger than other options in San Diego (Boomers, Belmont Park). Worker at the front desk was super kind and helpful. You can do either 18 or 32 holes, both courses are fun :) We found that the course on the right hand side was a little harder than the one on the left. I visited on a Sunday afternoon with friends to enjoy some putt-putt golf, hoping for a venue that catered more to adults rather than children. I was relieved to find it wasn't like Dave & Buster's at all. For just $11, we played 18 well-maintained holes on a course that was both clean and accessible, with a good chance of getting the ball in the hole. The place wasn't too crowded, allowing us to relax and have a great time. Although they serve alcohol, we didn't partake, so I can't speak to that aspect.
