I repurchased the same style because I genuinely liked the jacket. Unfortunately, on just the third wear, I started seeing an excessive amount of feathers all over my clothing. Since then, the feather loss has only gotten worse. To make matters more frustrating, the zipper on this replacement jacket has also failed. Both jackets were purchased intentionally with room to layer underneath, so fit was not an issue. At this point, the jacket is essentially unwearable due to severe down leakage and repeated zipper failure. It's disappointing, but I can now understand why this particular jacket is frequently on sale -- the quality simply isn't there.

After one year they can get a quote if I want it repaired on my dime. Fair enough. Other thing is the denim fabric would probably darken from dirt and grime Vs just the leather. But nothing is supposed to last forever I guess. What I did like is it fits everything (bus pass library and health benefit card) and on the other side my work key card, elevator key card. And one more spot if I want to add government ID to it. And I had not wanted a zippered item. But that wasn't an option for the colors I was only willing to buy. The zipper area probably won't work for me as it's so hard to get the opening open due to the stiff thick work and elevator key cards. But I mean I could tuck a key or two or maybe some money in there like for emergency not every day use Overall. For the price. It's practical and slim. My only wish is I wished it came with a keychain hoop. But the ones offering that were 1cm thick style and I wanted flat and slim. The girl at METROTOWN was super helpful. Even ran around looking for a keychain in a specific color for me. Highly recommend this location.

I would say the store has a good layout with sale items mostly at the front. The staff is divided 50/50. Half of the staff are great to interact with, however the other half will give you a really hard time. It could be due to a language barrier with some of the staff. The location is never crowded and there are a few seating areas which is nice. Buying and exchanging items is not a hassle but they require signing the customer into their program which can be inconvenient if the sales associate ringing you up is not well versed in English. I went here two times and I had bad experience initially and one good experience the second time. Don't hate the store, if you have a bad time it might be due to the staff.
