With my crazy schedule, I called to make the appointment. She was very sweet on the phone and suggested I look online to book an appointment, when I told her I was driving and about my schedule, she was able to help me. So I arrived pretty early to my appointment. It's right off 49, across from the sleep shop behind the Thai restaurant. Parking in the afternoon can be tight, so I prefer morning 10 am appointments. Amy was at the front desk. Along with 2 pups behind the counter with her. It smelled amazing as you walked in. She was very nice and it was comforting that she answered all my questions. Since it was my first time, she told me how the process goes, what to expect. I followed her to a dimly lit room with infusers that filled the rooms with relaxing smells. They use Doterra. The scent Breath is what they happen to be using. My favorite. She showed me the huge machine that you get up into and relax in. She pointed out the "discovery channel," which I didn't think anything of. Before she left, she showed me the call button on the wall. Then Amy left the room and I got into position. I inserted the piece myself, laid back and pushed the call button. The water was at 100° and she turned it on. Warm purified water started pushing its way in and Amy left me to my own thoughts. Now I know what the discovery channel is, lol. It was a mirror positioned at the tubes below you so you can watch what comes out. YES I was fascinated with seeing everything. This session was eye opening. This is exactly what I have needed for my bloating and constipation (tmi? Oh well!)! The water was constantly flowing and breaking up what needed to come out. I was feeling instant relief in just the first 10 minutes. There was something passing almost the whole time (especially during your first session)! The machine your sitting on holds about 8 gallons at a time. You get about 12-16 gallons following into you in about an hour session. Amy came in a couple times to fill the tank (she turned a simple knob and it added more water) or if i pushed the call button. Sometimes, the water would start to get too warm and lucky for us, it stops pushing water in. I appreciated the medical grade purified glass of water Amy had given me each time, plus the pieces of ginger candy in case I got nauseous. I was so fascinated by how much waste left my body, I hardly looked at my phone! At the end of my session, Any turned the machine off and told me some people sit for 5-15 minutes after their session to allow the rest of the water/ waste to pass. Afterwards, they is a water spray nozzle to rinse yourself off. Wipes to clean yourself. Your waste goes straight to the sewers. I couldn't imagine if they had to clean it themselves. When I came out, Amy had a probiotic and a small cup of water waiting for me. Since I flushed out everything, she said we needed to replace the good bacteria. I asked about the other services they offered and I am absolutely interested in coming here for more services!! I have just had my 3rd session and since I started early this month. Amy recommended 3 sessions. The first gets out the majority. The 2nd a little more, and the 3rd is like a completion. My food has been digesting better. I don't feel as heavy. Zero bloating since coming here. I look forward to using more of the services. Coming here has put me on track to a healthier me. A few minutes pass and I'm called back. The front desk gal informs the masseuse that this will be a prenatal massage. She starts to reply "Oh I don't.." and then catches herself. She leads me back to the massage area and tells me she'll be right back. After going back to talk with the receptionist she then tells me she normally does not do prenatal massages but that she'll make an exception for me. Ok, so I am immediately thrown off by the fact that I am booked with someone who either has no training in or does not enjoy doing prenatal massages. We proceed back to the massage area where she gives me a few minutes to disrobe and get settled on the bed. After she comes back she starts making friendly small talk, asking me how far along I am, what am I having, am I excited, etc. Then things go south. She proceeds to tell me about how her sister just had a baby and had to be induced and it was an awful experience. And her own inductions were incredibly painful. She then asks "Is this your first?" And I said yes it is and she goes "ah ok so it's a possibility." What?!?! In what world is someone seeking a relaxing massage wanting to hear about how they may experience a painful horrible birth by being induced. Just totally inappropriate and tone deaf. As for the massage itself, the rest of the massage was ok but not anything special. The technique was honestly on par with massages my husband has given me at home. And he has no formal training on the subject. I did not leave feeling any different or more relaxed than when I came in. I honestly just felt the same physically. The massage ends and I go to the front and pay. I am surprised to see they are still charging me for the extra prenatal add on. It was at this point in time I should have spoken up, but honestly I just wanted to get out of there and forget about the experience. In total I paid $180 for a very, very sub par experience. Overpriced and severely under trained staff.

Unfortunately, my experience on 10/28/25 was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and even brought a belated birthday gift for the owner, Kaera Anazalone. I explained that I had recently recovered from an illness, was cleared by my doctor, and had tested negative for COVID and flu more than a week earlier. Despite being transparent and cleared as non-contagious, I was treated with visible discomfort and suspicion. Kaera informed me that the session couldn't continue unless I agreed to conditions that made me feel uncomfortable in what is supposed to be a relaxing, safe environment. She even stated that she would "just get it over with because [she] needed the money," which was incredibly unprofessional. When I said I was no longer comfortable proceeding, I was denied a refund or credit for my prepaid $139 session, even though no service was provided. I tried to resolve the matter calmly and respectfully, but was met with rudeness, manipulation, and eventually told I was no longer welcome as a client. For a wellness business, this was shocking behavior. I have since filed disputes with my credit card company, the BBB, and the California Massage Therapy Council. I'm sharing this review to make others aware of how this spa treats loyal clients and how poorly it handles customer care and ethics. Additionally, for a business that claims to be a "wellness spa," having a dog in treatment rooms shedding hair is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. She developed blisters within 24 hours. I called and spoke with a manager that said he would make it right and for her to come in so he could see it. She went in at 4:00 and he wasn't there even though he said he would be there until 4:40. Her ankle is so painful she cannot practice for her club volleyball team. We have a major tournament this weekend and I'm unsure she will even be able to play. I am furious and will be following up again tomorrow.
