There are showers, lockers and rooms. They don't have a steam room or sauna yet due to a power inadequacy. They are looking into expanding into the adjacent building so they can use the power going to that building to support a sauna and steam room.

Has anyone been since the March 2021 opening? Is it busy ?If so what times are better than others?

I have been a number of times, but only between 12 and 6pm--so I don't know what the nights are like yet. (In the past, Friday and Saturday nights were best.)… Read more

With my own space, I can actually host and keep things smooth. Location's practical, I've used it before, no complaints there. This visit, though? Front desk was frustrating. Vending machine was supposed to take Google Pay--I had money on my linked card--but it kept rejecting it anyway. No physical cards, no cash, just wireless pay, so I was stuck. Thing is, that same Google Pay card worked fine when I paid for my entrance fee at the front--so I figured if they opened the machine, I could just buy what I needed and pay him right there, where it actually processed. When I asked if they could open it for me (unless it's some independent vendor), the Latino guy--black shirt, small red shorts, I think his name's Jesse--said it's theirs, but he doesn't have the keys. Then it was just "Sorry, can't help," "We don't do that," and he'd walk off. Felt like talking to a brick wall on a slower-than-usual Tuesday night--there were a few people around, just not the usual rush. They kept saying "just use the ATM we have here," but that thing doesn't even take wireless tap--Google Pay's useless on it. I wasn't leaving empty-handed after paying--refunds aren't an option once you're in--so I kept at him, asking questions insistently--not yelling, just not backing down. Half the time I'd have to walk behind him as he kept moving, not stopping to hear me out--he was being evasive, like he wanted me gone. I ended up chasing him down just to get a real answer. I asked if there was any way I could leave momentarily without losing my spot, and only then he said, "Okay, yes, you can take a 20-30 minute break." I bolted to my bank's ATM outside, got cash, made it back in time. He buzzed open the door for me without a word, then said nothing else--like I wasn't even there. I had to approach him again, ask if he needed anything else from me. Only then did he grab a towel, dump my keys on it, slam the bundle across the counter, and turn away, evasive the whole time. Made me feel like a nuisance instead of a member. If he really can't open the machine, fine--but some basic direction would've helped. I get policies are strict, maybe he was having an off night, but the whole thing left me feeling dismissed. Room's fine, 8-hour setup's handy, but honestly? This is my last time. After that, I just don't feel like coming back. One star: convenience wins, but service influences the whole experience. [By the way... If their policy is so strict to not wanna do something as simple as opening a vending machine, why then did I see a woman bathing in the hot tub in a self-claimed "male-only" bathhouse during this visit?]

I didn't bleed but I definitely had a noticeable scratch and my night there was quickly over. I showed the attendant the scratch on my way out. I registered my extreme dissatisfaction with the situation. He explained that they had just installed a new stairwell. Whatever. Guys are walking around in towels or less and it's a tight area. I simply bumped into the thing when someone was trying to pass in front of me. They clearly did not think this through. This was an astonishing violation of my (and everyone's) safety. The attendant equivocated and didn't even offer a refund. After I left, the shock wore off just enough for me to realize I should get checked out at an ER. Seemed like I was overreacting until the ER folks gave me a tetanus shot. They reassured me I wasn't overreacting. I'm going to have to tend to this with neosporin for the next several days. Not happy. Not coming back.

There is a patio outside where you and the dancers can relax, and private dances operate on a timer, which means nobody can screw over each other for time. The dancers are more personable, (one of them shared her artwork on her phone on the patio with me and another client) and they also had decorations up from an entertainer's birthday the day before. I'm glad to see morale up. But the dancers have an average look to them, and the club still hasn't fixed the holes in the men's bathroom, yet alone improve it past something that looks like a park restroom, which prevents me from rating this more than 3 stars.
